The food was OK but the service was horrible. The staff would not bring us our soup, despite us asking several times, until our food came out. We did not order it as part of our meal but Megan the staff person said it’s “the rule”. Megan was quite rude with every interaction we had with her. The soup then arrived with the meal and it had zero flavor. Not a fan.

We had lunch at the cellar. Barely noticed the sandwich board but soup sounded right! The food, all of it, was the best in Leavenworth. Soups, sandwiches and the giant pretzel were excellent. Not packed as some food choices on ground level which was another benefit! Great value.

Food is okay the pretzel was the only thing I really enjoyed. The beer cheese was pretty cold though.
The service isn’t good.. it took us about 30 minutes to get seated then another family got seated I asked the waitress what was going on and she said she thought she already seated us. Mean while she didn’t. Then we finally got seated and the waitress made us move to a different table for a different family to sit there. It was just really bad service they should probably get their stuff in order.

Excellent and friendly staff. Very blah and unappealing atmosphere: all fluorescent lighting, no music, and the whole dining area is carpeted and has a strange/bad smell. This place could be cozy, inviting and cute with new lighting, a good clean/deodorizing and some music - just some attention to the vibe. $12 for a very average overpriced salad ...soup was ok but didn't taste exactly homemade. Just ok.

The cashier/server was super friendly and helpful. My burger was delicious!

Dietary restrictions: They have gluten-free buns for their burgers. Their fries are not gluten-free, but they will substitute chips or potato salad.

This place is such a hidden gem! A cold place to hide from the heat and fill up on some great sausage. Surprisingly empty with the hordes of tourists everywhere around, but that just made it easier for my fiance and I to hog the markers while we drew on our dollar. Thank you so much for the great vibes and the bomb brats ❤️

I ordered tomato basil in a breadbowl. The soup is clearly from a can. It tasted like tomato soup from Winco. The bread is white bread and not made in house.

It's cafeteria style so not much service wise.

Prices are good relative to Leavenworth but McDonald's is better. If cheap is your goal, there are better places.

I love the relaxed atmosphere and the soups are delicious. The varying dollar bills and other currency lining the walls adds to the fun personality of the place. It's great to cool off and have a delicious lunch.

Wheelchair accessibility: You go through Remedy and at the back of the store is an elevator to the restaurant .

The food was pretty good. The ratting is an average of all the family memes. For sure we recommend the place.

Food is not good like it use to be.Customer service needs to improve. They are not putting much meat on the sandwiches like they use to.They took out there salad bar. They need to bring it back. There was a very rude worker there.I guess she was the boss that day.

As a total soup lover I was excited to see the soup cellar sign and asked the two cashiers if the soup was made “in house”. They confirmed it was and said “yes it’s made here”. My chicken noodle soup looked like it was straight out of a can. The entirety of the soup were these chunky overly saturated big noodles with 3-4 singular pieces of what looked like canned chicken. Really disappointing experience. If you’re going to call yourself the soup cellar - learn how to actually make your own soup with whole healthy ingredients instead of using canned alternatives.

A great little place for us to have some German food and atay in budget. We ordered two sausage sampler plates, a large salad, and a pretzel for 4 of us. Plenty of food and good! The sausages were fun to try 3 different ones and it was an easy place to have a causal late lunch. Forgot to take photos though.
