I ordered from door dash and they didn’t have coffee they didn’t have regular milk and the chocolate milk is way past sale date not to mention it was warm. I’m not sure what’s going on but I think management needs to do better and get on top of things. I can’t give my kid expired warm chocolate milk…

We came in yesterday morning to grab some breakfast why in town. Ordered, got breakfast meal (double breakfast burger) biscuits and gravy and a monster biscuit. Gentle man brings over coffee I fallow him back up to get cream. Guy in kitchen says no cream. I said well that would have been handy to know when I ordered coffee cuz now I have nothing to drink. Food comes out I ask for jelly told again we don't have any. so now I don't have a breakfast sandwich either. Open up Burger it's a single not a double. Go to eat biscuits and gravy they put it in the little black to-go container they usually put the gravy in when you order it togo. so it's a dry biscuit with like no gravy. So now I have no coffee, no sandwich and no biscuit and gravy. He did remake the double. So at least my husband got to eat. There was literally nobody else in the store and we were ordered number 6 so it's not like it had been busy. Just really bad customer service all around.

I haven't been in about 8 years. I grew up here in the late 2000s in Otis Orchards with the original Albertsons across the way (Formative memories). That play place was a save point for me. Thank you for still existing Carls Jr.! Service was great and the single order of fries was perfect, and I'm glad you guys cook them right away.

I would never go to this Carl's Jr. for lunch. They take forever to cook one burger wait in 10 minutes for just a big Carl., not even fries and a drink. And uh, your employees are absolutely rude. They don't even talk just tell you what you owe and then hand you your food. Knowing their smiles either or can even say have a good day never will be going back

Stopping in for lunch. Burger and fries were super fresh and really good. Staff was really friendly. The entire restaurant was spotless. Even commented to the cook in back when we left how good the guac burger was. We never eat fast food anymore because the prices are generally the same as a full service restaurant. This Carls Jr was worth the little high price on food.

I stopped here for lunch on my way to Seattle. Restrooms were clean,Dining room was spotless, drink machines shining and the associate TEX that took my order was top tier ! My food came out quick also!

This place is so filthy disgusting, looks like it’s never been cleaned. I don’t expect top tier cleanliness at fast food places but this is a whole different level of gross. My husband got brown and I mean BROWN veggies on his burger. The play place is absolutely disgusting. Dry poop smeared on toilets, clumps of hair and spilled dry stuff all over the floor. I could go on but I’ll stop.
