Stopping in for lunch. Burger and fries were super fresh and really good. Staff was really friendly. The entire restaurant was spotless. Even commented to the cook in back when we left how good the guac burger was. We never eat fast food anymore because the prices are generally the same as a full service restaurant. This Carls Jr was worth the little high price on food.

I stopped here for lunch on my way to Seattle. Restrooms were clean,Dining room was spotless, drink machines shining and the associate TEX that took my order was top tier ! My food came out quick also!

This place is so filthy disgusting, looks like it’s never been cleaned. I don’t expect top tier cleanliness at fast food places but this is a whole different level of gross. My husband got brown and I mean BROWN veggies on his burger. The play place is absolutely disgusting. Dry poop smeared on toilets, clumps of hair and spilled dry stuff all over the floor. I could go on but I’ll stop.

By far the slowest Carl's Jr in all washington state i think more than 30 min to from placing and order and to receiving it. Hire more efficient workers.

Clean restaurant, bathrooms and kitchen. Food is great! After 6 pm they make everything fresh as the order comes in! Great team too. The kids play place is seldom busy.

The drive thru is soo slow. The food wasn't worth waiting for as long as I did. It was lukewarm at best.

Why does it consistently take 20 minutes to go from ordering a burger to getting it in your hand? Seriously, you order, wait 15 minutes to pull up to the windows, and then it's almost always another 20 minutes before they have your food. Additionally, when you order a "large" fry, it's usually 1/3 full, like they don't bother to squeeze the little cardboard cup open before dropping the fries in there. Burgers look like they were squished by hand before they give them to you as well. If there was a better Carl's in Liberty Lake, I'd go there. I often go to the one in Post Falls instead, as they are consistently better. Staff is curt and uncaring, zero emotion except the "I'm worn out and don't want to be here, take your stupid food" atmosphere and attitude they exude. Avoid if you can.

Visited the Liberty Lake store on Sunday the 22nd. Got in the drive thru behind one truck and had two pull in right behind me. Ordered chicken tender combo. Sorry, we are out of tenders. Didn't really want a burger but I was blocked in. Ordered a western bacon BBQ cheeseburger. Sorry, no onion rings to go on the burger, do you still want it. Reluctantly', yes. Cut off before I could add fries. Got to the window to tried to see if they had fries made. No fries at all in the building and only two employees working. Resupply truck due sometime Monday. Why keep the place open with no fries, no onion rings, no chicken tenders and only two employees. Very frustrating locked in a drive thru, blocked in and ordering off a very limited menu. Very frustrating for two young employees trying to do it all. Time to have a hard discussion with whomever orders your food or controls your supply chain.

This is the third and last time I visit this Carls Jr. I have had a bad experience every time. The way I have felt after eating here I know there is poor food handling going on in this place. Filing a report with the local health department immediately.
