The food is fantastic and you get good portions for the price. The Orange and Tso's Chicken has a nice crispy coating, and the chicken is tender. The suaces have an excellent flavor.

Ding How in Liberty Lake...My family has tried this restaurant many times on different days of the week, over 20yrs, hoping for a better meal &/or experience.Always rude staff, poor quality food, portion size (better in-person), horrible wait time & extremely expensive. I was told it was better back in 2016, must'vemissed that year.Never going back after they (both waitress & possible chef/manager on this side of the counter) ignored us standing there, correction starred at us without acknowledging or assisting us after we said we didn't need a table, just wanted to make a To-go order. Finally, the possible chef/manager said I could order. No Egg drop soup, or Miso & instead of offering what soup they had, they just kept saying no to every option I picked off of THEIR Menu I was reading in front of them in-person. I asked what they had available and was told to look at the menu...Our $85 for 2 to-go meals took 45m, was cold & only a few small chunks of meat. Plus, there is a packaging fee for 2 take-out containers, no chop sticks, sauces, forks, or napkins. Not a busy time, ¾ of the restaurant was empty.Horrible 0*

Great place with good reviews so I decided to go. Pulled up and was a little suspicious at first due to it being near the safeway and subway in a strip mall. But when I tell you that the black pepper beef was the BEST food I have eaten all year, I speak 1000% true.

In a humble abode next to a Safeway rests the Chinese Thai rival to Fujiyama. Going there for a birthday was a pleasant surprise! Not as overblown a production as Fujiyama, Ding How serves up mind blowing Teriyaki and Thai fusion style food. I personally recommend the Thai Basil spicy chicken with a side of rice utterly amazing taste sensation. Service is excellent, attentive and perceptive waiters cater your every need be it Pepsi or Root Beer. Truly superb experience do not miss it in Liberty Lake your family will enjoy! My daughter loved the Teriyaki and food. Good use of vegetables, peppers and lettuce are a joy of flavor!

The sushi tasted extremely fishy. The Phad Thai was small and clumpy, and had no flavor. Unfortunate bad experience. And very expensive!

I got Wonton Soup (bowl) size to go. It was $16 for a half a container of soup and 6 wontons. The soup wasn’t that good as it used to be. That really is the theme, this place used to be so good, but they hiked their prices up and the food has gone down in quality. Just wish they could bring it back like how it was!

Very delicious and large portions for the kitchen entrees. Sadly they didn’t have a sushi chef when we came in, so maybe call beforehand to see if it’s available. Would definitely come back to try the sushi though.

Ordered takeout and we were so impressed! Got the tofu pad thai, garlic pepper beef, and super california roll. The portions were huge and the food was delicious! I hope they get a larger location soon--it would be nice to have a designated area for takeout orders, rather than having to stand at the bar amongst dine-in customers. We will be back ~

As a seasoned Google Local Guide, I had the pleasure of dining at Ding How here in Liberty Lake, and I must say that my taste buds were delighted beyond measure. The restaurant boasts a vibrant ambiance with stunning decor that transports diners to the heart of China. The menu offers a diverse selection of sushi rolls that are a true work of art. The Godzilla Roll, which I highly recommend, was a mouthwatering combination of crab, avocado, and cucumber topped with succulent eel and drizzled with a savory sauce. The Super California Roll was equally impressive, featuring a generous serving of creamy avocado, cucumber, and crabmeat. But what truly impressed me was Ding How's unique take on the classic Chinese dish, General Tso's chicken. The succulent chicken was cooked to perfection and smothered in a tangy, slightly sweet sauce that left me wanting more. It was indeed "Oh Tso Good!"The impeccable service was also noteworthy, with the staff being friendly and attentive, making my dining experience even more enjoyable. All in all, Ding How is a gem of a restaurant that deserves a five-star rating. If you are a fan of sushi or crave authentic Chinese cuisine, this is the place to be.

Went here cause my husband and I wanted to try a new place to get sushi...i was VERY disappointed. Even though they have a rating of 4.2, I can't understand why they would rate that high...Two of the rolls that I wanted they didn't have. Plus it took over 30 min to get 4 rolls! The place is not that big...17 people were in the restaurant at the time. Their selection was very limited and pretty expensive for the rolls that they did have. We won't be back.

Tried this place for the first time tonight. Tried to place an order to go and they told me it would take 2 hours. Decided to dine in instead (and there was only two of us btw). Service was extremely slow, with only 7 tables being occupied in the restaurant. Food took a very long time to arrive. The worst part though, and the reason for writing this review, is that my chicken was raw in the Pad Thai that I ordered. Not just a little undercooked, raw. So I had it remade and took it to go, which took another 30 minutes to make. Extremely disappointing meal. Still had to pay for it, which is not a huge deal, I just thought it’d be comped. Im not one to make a big deal out of things so I didn’t raise a stink. My significant others food was delicious though. But I will not be returning.
