General Manager is very disrespectful, tried force me to get a drink for a DoorDash order. My job is to deliver the food not make it. Not to mention the the 30 min wait. 🙄

Dude. Twenty plus minute wait after I ordered one sandwich to go. Time to change the slogan. NOT Freaky Fast.

I’ve only had JJ in Nebraska before Spokane and liberty lake , I enjoyed my sandwiches but I remember bread being fresher and softer and a little bit bigger portions of meat! Service perfect and efficient at both locations.

I did an online order ordered extra add-ons that ended up missing and on the other items added the normal amount maybe even a light amount but all at 1 end this was the worst sandwich I've ever received in the 17 years been a major customer over 1000 subs I expected so much better I was going to call in to the owner/manager but was busy moving and busy buying Ford to eat as the sandwich and wrap we not good and for $30+ should have been but I'll be on thinking twice before ordering in the future especially from that location

Continuously and consistently get my order wrong over the years of this location being open.

10/10 Efficient, Delicious, and top tier staff!
I stopped in while I was getting my wheelchair serviced and this location was crazy busy. I called and connected with Danny was so very kind and helpful and got me ordered and brought the food out to the car quite Johnny on the spot.

What’s the point of ordering online if people the come in the store as the same time you get their and they get their food before you and you ordered your food 15 min ago?

I ordered a meal of a turkey sandwich and it cost way too much for the tiny amount of meat provided. My sandwich was all lettuce and bread. Huge waste of money and left me extremely unsatisfied.

Spent over $60 on 4 sandwich meals. Orders were not followed, paid add-ons not added and requested Freebies where null & void. I drove an extra 10 minutes to this chain as the Mullan Jimmy John’s has the same track record.

I’ve come to the conclusion all Jimmy John’s chain suck. We will not be giving them our business again.

San Francisco Sourdough from here on out. Don’t bother wasting your time and money eating here.

My husband ordered Jimmy John’s for me which included a cookie. Was sad to discover upon the delivery’s arrival that there was no cookie. I’m pregnant and was starving so I asked my husband to call them for a replacement cookie. When they answered they agreed to send cookie to rectify their mistake. When the bag arrived it was filled with ~10 packets of grey poupon. They pouponed my dreams :’( However, I am pleased to know that Jimmy John’s hires those with intellectual disadvantages. We love inclusive kings.

Update: You’ll notice someone responded asking me to leave a review on the JJ website. No one ever got back to me. Guess this is the type of establishment that also makes it seem they are addressing your concerns when really they do not! 🙃 cute!!!

We couldn't order delivery online as it says we are out of their delivery area which was frustrating but when we called they said they could deliver to us. The gargantuan is the best sandwich they have as it's loaded. All their other sandwiches always seem skimpy on toppings. Very skimpy on the mayo so we end up adding mayonnaise and mustard but other than that, very good sandwich
