Tossed together, cold food. Incredibly slow. Staff does not communicate. Its a terrible sign when a kitchen is silent. Hardees across the street is a much better option at the same price point.

I love this location but changed their breakfast time again one of the only places that did breakfast longer now it doesn’t so that’s depressing

I've come here way too much to admit. I've put up with issues regarding undercooked meat, everything under the sun. And I've always had a decent experience taking the food back in.
Today was icing on the cake. I went through the drive through, came home realized I was given the wrong food. Went back in, I was unhappy. The young woman who had given me my food in thr drive through literally said to me, "I tried to tell you, but your window was already rolled up."
The proceeded to tell me the correct food was in thr back and she would go grab it. I will say I think the shift manage was there and let her know you don't blame the customer for your mistake. And to redo my meal.
This woman really thought I wanted food that was sitting in the back for 10+ minutes. Honestly I am so angry how I was treated.

forget my nuggets every time i’m starting to think it’s personal bro they remember the sauce, cups, and forget the whole nuggets. and then you call asking for some sort of coupon or whatever and it’s never shows up. it is every single time the nuggets. like please do just a little bit better.

Best McDonald's restaurant in my area. I go here every Friday morning and pick up the same thing. One for me and one for my wife at home, bagged separately, to drop off. The crew here is always great, from the guy in the first window (Drew) to the Manager and person in the second window. The food is done properly and service is quick and accurate, and strong customer service skills from all. Shout out to my Friday Go-To McD's crew!

The Liberty Lake McDonald's is terrible. Poor attitudes, can't follow order instructions, poor management. The past few times I've been here, there have been rude employee's, and my order has been incorrectly made. Not a Karen, I just don't like pickles and don't want a pie that says it should have been thrown out 6 hours ago.

Hit and miss.. usually good service but I just rolled through (8-14) and they didn't put the hot mustard in the bag so my nuggs were dry and miserable. I called and the lady didn't even offer to fix it. Guess that's today's generation.
