I will never get food here again. They charged my wife for an order did not give her food tried to double charge her when she confronted them about it. They told her that she looks like she had eaten enough, and this was said by a manager, I will be reporting them to corporate

I was extremely disappointed. We never eat here. We are not McDonald's fans, but my daughter really, really wanted one of the hello kitties, so I ordered her. The hello. Kitty, happy meal, drove over, waited in line for 20 minutes. Drove off, checked my food.No, hello, kitty, I go back and explain to them.I ordered a hello, kitty, happy meal and the girl laughs at me and says, oh we don't have those.We're out of hello, kitty, then maybe you should stop advertising.You have it it's the only reason we bought anything there. It was a waste of time and money. Take stuff off your menu, if you don't have it. It's messed up to waste people's time.

It is so nice to know that now, when you order a large fry, you get a squished container so they only put in half an order. I could have gone without saying anything if only one order came out this way but they all did. The order was placed through the drive through, so if course you don't notice it until miles away. Way to go McDonald's, not only is your quality going down hill but so is your customer service.

Placed my order. Waited almost 20 minutes while they did nothing but make orders for drive thru. Finally they started mine and told me that drive thru has a timer so that's there priority. They do carry out last because we can wait. NEVER GOING BACK

The night shift seems to be VERY SLOW. Was at the drive through waiting over 20min. This happened two nights in a row.
I had a very quick experience which is always awesome when you're going through the drive-thru. They had my food ready quickly.

Tossed together, cold food. Incredibly slow. Staff does not communicate. Its a terrible sign when a kitchen is silent. Hardees across the street is a much better option at the same price point.
