My coffee was delish- per usual! But I usually mobile order and walk in and grab and I just have to say that everytime I am greeted so kindly and always acknowledged and the peeps don’t realize how awesome it feels to start my day off on that note! So awesome. Today my drink even had a simple handwritten note “Enjoy!” And with the week I’ve been having it went so far, just a simple thing and it completely turned my week for the better. So thank you for that!

I ordered a cranberry orange lemonade and got zero lemonade. I ordered 2 green teas with no water and both were watered down. One would think if you spend almost 30 dollars to get 3 drinks that they would be correct. Not to mention being paid in excess of 16 per hour. I normally don’t complain but this happens about 1/2 the time I order from this store. I don’t want some managers apologies, I want what I pay for.

Starbucks is always too noisy for me, hence the 3 star Atmosphere rating. This store has always got my order correct and I always feel welcome and appreciated. It is a nice walk from my office and I visit 3-5 times a week.

Typical pricey Starbucks. Tried to sit outside and enjoy some friends company but at this location outside is basically sitting in the parking lot. Tons of noisy cars with their exhaust fumes in our faces driving just a few feet away was a big turn off.

Did a pick up order, had one on the breakfast sandwiches I ordered come out with just bread and nothing in between. I took it back inside and asked what the roadblocks was, just not paying attention or in too much of a hurry. When someone brings an error to your attention don't make excuses, validate then fix.

My husband and I show up every day before we go to work. Well today we showed up and the manager and one other employee were inside and they didn’t tell us they weren’t open or anything they basically were laughing the whole time because we’re standing outside waiting for them to come to the door. Bad customer service by far.
