The staff comes and goes frequently.
I think they need more training regarding customer contact. People will regularly return when they like the staff. Some people are great, friendly and positive. Unfortunately many more don't know any thing about positive customer relations.

I have a 30min lunch break and when I walked in I wasn’t acknowledged for a couple minutes then I waited for a hot minute while they made preordered food for like DoorDash or something. There was two workers one at the cash register doing nothing and one lady that seemed to be doing everything. I’ve never waited so long at a subway especially with no physical person in front of me and a guy that looked like it wasn’t his job to make sandwiches today. Pretty much wasted a good portion of my lunch break waiting for the lady to finish the three orders in front of me. Also I used a 8.99 coupon and I asked if I could still make it a meal. I don’t know when making a sandwich a meal added $5 to an order but yeah my bill was $14 after making it a meal which seems crazy for a bag of chips and small soda. Also all the chairs in the sitting area have dirty hand marks on back of them.

I came into the subway for lunch today from work and ordered a club sub our lady in front of me ordered a flatbread loaded with vegetables including olives I make my sandwich the way I want it and when it comes to getting extra olives I was told no all I really wanted was a sandwich with extra olives so I just paid $20 for something I didn't want and when I asked for them I was told by the person making my sandwich in an older lady who was very rude that there was a shortage even though the person before me got plenty of Olives without argument they definitely just discriminated me I will be following up on this with the owner and going as far as legal action to discriminate against somebody who works but to give a housewife everything she wants that is disgusting and then they made me feel really strange about it giving me excuse after excuse about the whole thing not knowing that I just watched them pile olives on top of the previous person's order you absolutely ridiculous and then add to the fact they tried to give me tomatoes that were translucent and gross and the bread was stale like hard to eat kind of thing

Decent Subway. Maybe a 4 star... but I'm giving 3 stars because they pretty much never participate in Subway promotions that advertise nationally. And it feels like they skimp on the meat sometimes.

The last few times I’ve gone to this location the younger lady has been very nice and helpful, today we came here and an older lady was working who was very rude. Didn’t ask either of us if we wanted salt/pepper/oil/vin. She also made the pepperoni and cheese “dipper” which we hadn’t tried yet but it was the most pathetic food item I’ve spent 4$ on. Im not rich and would rather like to actually eat the things I spend my money on.

This is the second time I have gotten a sandwich at the Liberty Lake location. Both times my sandwich had a pathetic amount of ingredients on it. I complained the first time to Subway and was told “sorry”. This time I ordered the Titan Turkey. The amount of Turkey was no more than the amount of Turkey on a fellow patron’s sandwich next to mine on the board. I even asked if that was the amount for the Titan, to which she cheerfully replied “yes”. My point is that Management is clearly a problem and these employees are trained to do this.

Went in today during a busy rush because there was a lunch event at the school nearby. The staff was absolutely slammed, with people picking up orders and customers being pretty rude. Amber was very kind and the whole staff was friendly and did their best to go quick without making mistakes.

Ordered online and they took my money but my order never made it to the store. Wasted my whole lunch break and left with no food and still missing $20. The lady in the store was nice but call your bank because they will provide better service is a pretty sad response for her to have to make.

Old and off-looking ingredients when ordering in person. Late and incorrect orders when doing pickup via the subway app(a buggy mess). Doesn't accept coupons. Staff that seemly hate being there.

We came in for lunch with our kids. They had the front door propped open with a highchair. It was so cold inside the store. We asked if they would shut the door while we ate since we had kids, which one was an infant. The guy said well yea we could but the thermostat is broken and it gets pretty warm in here with the door closed. So long story short, we froze while we ate our lunch quickly and left. Won't be going back to this location again.

Multiple times now they have royally messed up my order with wrong ingredients and charged me for extra avocado and then didn't even put it on my sandwhich
