Exactly what you would expect
No one will wait on you if you just walk in and to the counter to give a person your order, there is a bunch of teens working in there obvisly working yes and compleately 100% ignoring anyone that walks in and is clearly waiting on someone to take their order... it was actually quite rude made us feel like customer service didn't exist unless you were going through the drive through. Very upsetting. After waiting 15miniutes and having no one realize we were waiting on them we decided to order on the monitor thing in the lobby... that even took us a while to figure out how to order what we wanted. So after about 15 frustrating miniutes we finially had our order in and we paied and we waited and waited and waited and I think there was one person eating in the dining area and a small family that ordered right behind us. And so many cars were served as we were waiting.... and waiting about 20 miniutes went by and I told my friend I'd be in the car waiting. About 5 more miniutes pass and my friend comes storming out ... he got in the car empty handed saying nope never again .... I wasent gonna wait any longer cuz I have a girl waiting on me at my house and I thought that was gonna be quick but oh heck no. So we left even with out the food that we hasalready paied for. Hungry and upset about it. It was a quiet ride back to his house.
They were swamped but did great a job communicating. Even offered a free soft drink to those who waited too long. The costs are going up, nearly $6.00 for the vegetarian taco pizza. But welcome to Washington State, where the Left side of the state makes the big bucks and the Right side still pays the same taxes to stay in business. Would someone please give me some cheese to go with my 'whine' 🙃
I probably been here 6 times and the service was great & the food was fresh.
We waited and waited to place our order. When we got to the window they apologized for the wait, but then we waited and waited some more. We waited long enough that we ordered a small drink for the very thirsty 2 year old. I really expected them to just give it to her under the circumstances, but unfortunately I paid for it. Then we waited some more. When we finally got home with the food, the order wasn't even correct! Last time I'll go to this Taco Bell! It's my second visit and we had to wait the first time too, but that time they gave us expired coupons for free tacos. This time I spent $69. For that amount I expect my order to be correct and better service!
It's always yummy at Liberty Lake and Post Falls. I ask for extra meat on my tacos.
Excellent service as always. Good food. This is our kids favorite stop when we are in town.
Owner’s got some serious stakes in sour cream. That and the constant push to upsell every item is super annoying. Employees are kind enough, but the food’s always cold.
I love Taco Bell. Did the drive thru. Food came to me fast and hot. I tried the new steak crunch wraps. Which were delicious, but you only get 2 tiny wraps for $5.95 (approx). Cost too much for so little.
Avoid this location as much as possible, I’m writing this as I’ve been sitting in the drive thru window for 15 min., I was asked to wait and no one is responding. 25 min. wait for one bean burrito, what a waste

Worker at window had bad attitude.
The last 4 times I've come to this location I've ordered on the mobile app and every single time a couple items have been missing. It's getting real old not getting everything I pay for so unfortunately I won't be ordering from here anymore.
just had a wonderful cusyomer service experience with joseph at the liberty lake location! what a stellar dude!
When I entered and approached the counter to order the employees showed no desire to take my order. I heard one say that there is a kiosk. Both kiosks were being used. They were polite once at the counter. The food was not only sloppily put together, but also tasted like it has been sitting in a warmer for hours. The hard shells were soggy, the cheese was almost non existent, and even the lettuce was used like they had 20 tacos to make and 5 tacos worth of lettuce to split between them. What a shame.
I’m allergic to cheese yet each time I find it on my tacos. Why, it’s one less item to put it on!!!! #fastfood life.
