I can not stand being asked if I want stuff added to EVERY SINGLE ITEM I ORDER. one or two. Fine. But when you've interrupted me for the 7th time to ask if I want bacon or jalapeños added. I'm so freaking done. I just will tell my kids taco bell isn't an option anymore.

The food taste processed like a puree meat.. the burritos are TINY for like 8 bucks a piece! And an soooo disappointed at the quality of food. Just another restaurant off the list. Do better Taco Bell.. Customer service was good.

We ordered our food, and she repeated our order back to us, and it was correct. When we received our food, it was missing the loaded nachos. I asked for the rest of our order, and they said okay. We waited for about 5 minutes, and I went up and asked for the nachos and was told they were not on the order, so I needed to pay for them, which I did. When the manager gave me the order, I asked why this did not get made, and she said that it was not on the order, so she did not make them. I replied you knew this happened but did not tell me I had to get up and ask why we did not get or whole order and we are almost done with our meals and my wife just sat there wondering why she did not get her food.she knew she was wrong as she did not even apologize she just started avoiding me. I will never go to this taco bell ever again

No matter how many times we ask them to put the pizza on top, they ALWAYS bury it under all the burritos, squishing it beyond recognition! Not to mention they barely wrapped the chalupas and burritos and they leaked a ton of grease all over the bag and everything in it. It was a miracle we got it in the house before the bag ripped out at the bottom. Getting really pissed off about it, especially after paying over $100! This may be the last time we eat Taco Bell because that's a lot of money to spend on mangled, toppingless food. 🤬
