False advertisement. They had the baby mugs advertised with prices on them. We went to purchase 2 and they tried to charge us 4.99 each instead of the advertised price of 2.99. They would not honor the pricing either. Whomever owns this franchise needs to set their manager straight. We spent 45 dollars on food and they wouldnt honor their screw up. Stay out of this restaurant. The food is way overpriced anyway.

The burgers felt like I was eating middle school cafeteria food. It wasn't fresh. The cheese wasmt even melted. The fries were barely seasoned and didn't taste good. There also was a bunch of flies around the drink station and in the restaurant and it isn't even summer. I wouldn't recommend. The only thing good was my friends pumpkin shake. Also these problems happened and the restaurant wasn't even busy.

The food was anything but hot and fresh. Fries were cold and greasy. The burgers were cold, and very dry the cheese wasn't even melted. The bun on the burger felt like it just came out of the refrigerator. The only thing I can say good about this restaurant is the self-serve drink station. The syrup to carbonated water ratio was mixed just right, not too much syrup or carbonated water. The girl behind the counter was a bit soft spoken so when an order came up she called out the customer's name, but he didn't hear it. I almost took it to him myself, but he finally came up and saw it on the counter.

Didn’t cook my 8 piece chicken all the way so I called them and they said I could get another meal when I came back, so I rolled up today and the guy said they didn’t write my name down in the book so he wouldn’t be able to make it right, that’s messed up.

Got a chicken nugget 8 piece and my girl got a chilli fry deal and the chilli was burnt and tasted like it was dipped it salt the nuggets were pure sodium very horrible threw food out on way home I am very sad used to be my favorite place as a kid but very disappointed now not worth spending your money here make it at home it’ll taste better

Fan food, not fast food type of place.Oh, they are pretty quick though! But no pre-made burgers or anything else. It's fresh, juicy, flavorful, and great quality of meat and veggies. Same good old fashioned A&W root beer and soft serve vanilla ice cream for floats! Clean and tidy, staff is friendly and seemed well trained. GREAT customer service! ?

I was disappointed in the way the staff was treated here by management. Seeing a guy walking around the food wearing a cut off sleeveles shirt was totally gross not to mention a food violation! Probably will never go back
