Out server April at the lonview Wa was the absolute best part of our experience today. Not saying the food was bad but that her service was exceptional and deserved 6 stars. She really made my daughter's and my special day feel extra special and I hope you thank her once more for us as because of here this is our new date night tradition! Thank you so much again!

April was awesome sauce and the best server i’ve had in this place. she was an absolute joy to talk with and could tell my friend wasn’t satisfied with her steak so she made extra sure it was perfect when it came back out. promote her!

Stopped to get dinner at the kelso/ longview location and could not have been anymore disappointed. I arrived at 4:30 and seen it was happy hour from 3 to 6.. i told the waitress i would take the wings off the appetizer list. She told me i could not have them if i was only drinking water. I informed her i would also be ordering the most expensive dinner on their menu. Again, she said no. I said im very diabetic and cant have alcohol or sugary and caffeinated, drinks. She said sorry and walked off. These people need to treat their customers a bit better. Think im gonna make a couple phone calls tomorrow and get some advice. Is this false avertising? Or discrimination against me because of a medical condition. Am i not allowed to get this deal because i cant drink alcohol, pop, or caffeine? I'm gonna call it discrimination..... also do not order the 12oz ribeye its more like 6 ounces. buckle up applebee's! Please leave the contact information of the highest person at your corporate office.

I stopped here with my parents as we passed through the area. We had a nice lunch... the food and service were both very good, but not exceptional. About what you'd expect from a large chain restaurant. I would eat here again.

I ordered curbside pickup, I got there about the time they said it would be ready. I waited about 7 minutes and was not approached so I called and when I told them my name and they said oh look it just came out. They brought it out and I was home in just a few minutes. I opened everything up and took a bite and it was cold. Not warm but cold. Not going back this is not the first time.

Ribs the worst in the 50 years I have been going to restaurants . The 1/2 rack was no bigger than my cell phone and I don’t have a huge cell phone. I think they were cooked last week for what I could taste which was not very much. Black and almost inedible. With a scoop of mashed potatoes which I didn’t order or would have eaten. I t was the most embarrassing lunch I have ever eaten. And to top that off no napkins .will never ever eat there again. Just pathetic

It's Applebee's. We all know what to expect. It's why we like the chain places. No surprises but the staff is always friendly. The food is cooked well and the price is fair.
