I called them to buy food and the guy inside so rude dont even let me say anything because they closed lobby and let me walk to drive thru because i had no car why because i am truck driver i cant get my 53’ feet trailer trough there im not beggar that they gonna treat me like this i am never gonna get arbys ever??

The food was great. However, the last 3 visits, even after requesting Horsey sauce along getting home, it was not included.
We ordered inside and it took 20 minutes. It wasn't the front counter employees. The place looked like it could use a good scrubbing. Once we got our Rubin sandwiches, they were very tasty.

Terrible service mediocre food ridiculously overpriced for what it is. Honestly I feel like that Arby's has something in common with my ex and it's not just the fact that they both try to get more than they're actually worth.

First of all the service was awful, they hardly said a word to us the entire time we were there. Tried the good burger Meal and I must say I don’t see what you charged me 14 bucks for? There was more tomato and lettuce than meat and the good burger sauce was absolute trash. This burger has zero flavor and was the worst burger that I’ve ever had in my life. Gotta love that you’re charging restaurant quality prices and only offering fast food trash quality. Seriously a 1/4 patty and fries and a nasty shake for 14 bucks???

My wife was starving so we stopped in for a a quick lunch. Clean facilities and efficient staff, not overly friendly but not rude. Efficient is best to describe the staff.Me not being too hungry, I ordered the French dip with cheese. It was what you'd expect from a franchise restaurant. The dipping Au Jus was mild and flavorful, a good portion of thinly sliced beef for the price. Wife ordered the Arby's roast beef and cheese with curly fries. She shared the curly fries that were very good.Prices are comparable to the area's other fast food establishments.I couldn't eat there everyday, but it hit the spot for the moment.
My daughter and myself ordered 3 of the "good burgers". They were not good at all. They were RAW. actually made me sick to my stomach. Don't know that I'll go there again. At least not for the
