My wife and I stopped into Ashtown Brewing on a Saturday night in December. It wasn’t very busy, which gave me a chance to chat with Jarrett, the owner—you can really tell how passionate he is about craft brewing, entrepreneurship, and the local community. Super nice guy.
The beer was excellent. I had the Viking Disco, and we also tried the Green Jacket and Cranberry Blood Orange seltzers—both packed with way more flavor than you’d expect from a seltzer.
The space is large and inviting, with a bay door that can open up in the warmer months. Definitely a must-stop spot for beer, seltzer, and cider. We’ll be back next time we’re in town—easily the best spot in Longview.

My family celebrated a big milestone for my husband completing training from the fire station and used the rental space in the brewery. It was an amazing experience for our family. Kelli and Jarrett were attentive and made the night as smooth as possible for us. The catering was also top notch! I highly recommend using the rental space!

We had the best experience at Ashtown when we held a baby shower in their event room. Kelly was so pleasant and easy to work with. The charcuterie table she made was amazing! I would highly recommend if you are looking to hold an event.

Unfortunately I cannot give a 6th star. In my opinion they are the best brewery in Cowlitz county. The brewery is a nice space that is good for any group, big or small. It's always a good time at Ashtown!

Large open venue, great for bigger groups. Nice beer, cider and seltzer selection. Sadly, no hard alcohol. Very limited food menu and unable (or unwilling) to accommodate for substitute requests.
I like that they let you have a taste so you know you will like it. They have many options from IPAs, Lagers, stout, seltzer, and hard cider. They even have soda options for one who do not want a drink.

Had a great time at Ashtown Brewery last night. First time I had been there and it was really fun and laid back. It was Trivia night and we enjoyed playing and having some delicious craft beer's. It was so nice being in a brewery that wasn't a sports bar with T.V.'s everywhere blasting football game's. It's quite large and very clean and the Thai nacho's were awesome. I will be going back to enjoy some more of their delicious Black Noon Porter!!!😋Thank-you to the owner and bartender's for the great service we received.
