Not only super good ice cream but great customer service! Didn't have the kind of ice cream I wanted so I had to pick a different one, no biggie, BUT they called the owner and they said to come back when they restock to come back and get what I actually wanted on the house! Absolutely amazing! Made my week!

Great service every time. The lady who worked there tonight 11/4/25 I forgot her name she was awesome. Deserved a tip forsure but said no tips on debit/credit purchases? That’s wild it’s 2025 and should definitely be an option. They deserve the option for their service to be tipped that way and it increases their wages, their joy for the job, etc. I’ll definitely be back as well we come multiple times a month and hope to see the same worker she is amazing!

When we first walked in, there was no greeting, and the workers showed no interest in interacting at all. When they prepared two single scoops in a waffle cone for two people from the same family, they did not care, and made the scoop size very inconsistent. One scoop was smaller, and had a ton of gaping around it, while the other was full and a proper scoop. When asked to fix this difference, they refused to fix it, nor even acknowledge the obvious difference in scoop size. Overall they have a lack of customer service, and don't care.

Greeted as we walked in the door, offered samples, great customer service by both the gal and gentleman behind the counter. Highly recommend this place.
Tiffany was so sweet and friendly had samples waiting for us as we were looking! The service was 10/10!!

Today I went in and got a mangonada. They ran out of he chamoy and it took longer than expected as they were trying to find it. After that they decided to refund me for the inconvenience. That is going above and beyond this location deserves praise.
