Ordered a cake for my wife's birthday, paid in advance, did not get what we ordered. Asked that they call if that's the case, never received a call. Picked up the cake, and when we cut it realized it was not right. I've tried calling, even before I physically drove over to get the cake and they have the phone set to where my calls don't go through. The caller is busy but I've tried for over 2 hours to get a hold of the store. $28 for a cake, ordered 4 days in advance, and seriously disappointed. I guess we'll go in person again to notify someone. Probably won't order cakes here again, however.

I’m so sorry I’m drawing a blank on her name. She deserves better than me forgetting her name. She was in the morning with a ponytail and a hat. Pretty all dolled up. She had the absolute best customer service I have ever witnessed. It’s definitely the way I would be if I were in her shoes and I have been. Thank you for being there for me that morning. You were an absolute delight! You deserve many many many raises and promotions now and in the future. Stellar performance!!! This location constantly runs out of the items i prefer. Simple chocolate peanut butter ice cream . At least once every couple visits they are out. Im done doing this. It was like this with mangonadas as well.

We ordered a birthday cake, when we went to pick it up it was the wrong king of cake and the name was spelled wrong. The staff were less than helpful and we had no cake and had to scramble to go somewhere else to get something. The manager never resolved the issue.
30 years of being my favorite ice cream store, I will recommend it always. Prices are reasonable and an ice cream or smoothie is always a family favorite treat.
