Took my great grandkids and the waiter was very patient and the ice cream was good. All 3 of us had a good time.

When we first walked in, there was no greeting, and the workers showed no interest in interacting at all. When they prepared two single scoops in a waffle cone for two people from the same family, they did not care, and made the scoop size very inconsistent. One scoop was smaller, and had a ton of gaping around it, while the other was full and a proper scoop. When asked to fix this difference, they refused to fix it, nor even acknowledge the obvious difference in scoop size. Overall they have a lack of customer service, and don't care.

Today I went in and got a mangonada. They ran out of he chamoy and it took longer than expected as they were trying to find it. After that they decided to refund me for the inconvenience. That is going above and beyond this location deserves praise.

There’s employee that goes above and beyond named Chelsey. Couldn’t believe the effort put into helping, owner if you’re reading this, give her a raise immediately.
Ordered a cake for my wife's birthday, paid in advance, did not get what we ordered. Asked that they call if that's the case, never received a call. Picked up the cake, and when we cut it realized it was not right. I've tried calling, even before I physically drove over to get the cake and they have the phone set to where my calls don't go through. The caller is busy but I've tried for over 2 hours to get a hold of the store. $28 for a cake, ordered 4 days in advance, and seriously disappointed. I guess we'll go in person again to notify someone. Probably won't order cakes here again, however.

I’m so sorry I’m drawing a blank on her name. She deserves better than me forgetting her name. She was in the morning with a ponytail and a hat. Pretty all dolled up. She had the absolute best customer service I have ever witnessed. It’s definitely the way I would be if I were in her shoes and I have been. Thank you for being there for me that morning. You were an absolute delight! You deserve many many many raises and promotions now and in the future. Stellar performance!!! This location constantly runs out of the items i prefer. Simple chocolate peanut butter ice cream . At least once every couple visits they are out. Im done doing this. It was like this with mangonadas as well.
