I had a wonderful experience in preparation for my daughter’s birthday. Despite failing to plan on my end, I showed up to Baskin-Robbins the afternoon before. The staff was so helpful & informative. The following day, when I went to pick up my cake, the owner was in the back & running a little behind. She was so kind & had the best customer service. Highly recommend!!!!!
