This store does not accept Baskin Robbin’s gift cards (or more likely, the staff doesn’t know how to accept them)… but in their credit, they applied a discount to make up for it.
Today I went in and got a mangonada. They ran out of he chamoy and it took longer than expected as they were trying to find it. After that they decided to refund me for the inconvenience. That is going above and beyond this location deserves praise.
I’m so sorry I’m drawing a blank on her name. She deserves better than me forgetting her name. She was in the morning with a ponytail and a hat. Pretty all dolled up. She had the absolute best customer service I have ever witnessed. It’s definitely the way I would be if I were in her shoes and I have been. Thank you for being there for me that morning. You were an absolute delight! You deserve many many many raises and promotions now and in the future. Stellar performance!!!...
