Best coffee shop in town! Love every single barista and their energy adds to the experience. Thank you for making my day and always making the best coffee too! They have the best recommendations and if anything is slightly off they will always be willing to fix it in a heartbeat!

Running errands and was thirsty and need more coffee after a long week. I always get a iced white mocha anywhere I go. I asked the gal if they had powered white mocha cause personally the sauce taste terrible in a iced. She tells me they have both I’m like ok and I order then she tells me that can’t sell powder at this moment. Huh?? So I told her I was sorry then I didn’t want a drink and she gives me attitude with the face. I can tell you next time I’m in Longview this will be the last place I would visit.

Manager was extremely rude and talked condescendingly. I have been here before and ordered the same drink with no problem, this time it was wrong and when I kindly asked if she could fix it she got rude and never fixed the drink. Won’t be back.

I frequently visit Black Falls for my morning caffeine fix and I swear their baristas could never make a bad drink! Their seasonal menus are super fun and crafted to fit any mood or preference. Overall super yummy and you can tell that they care about how their products taste!

These folks do coffee right! I have become a loyal patron to black falls over the past few months. They have unique and creative specials, the coffee never tastes burnt or overly-sweet, and the baristas are lightning fast with drinks.

I only wish they had another location on the other side of the river!

Have been a very satisfied customer since they opened up. This easily has to be the most consistent coffee shop I've ever been to. No matter what barista I get the same quality and customer service each and every time. My favorite shop ever! ☕

Fruity drinks are great! But the coffees consistently taste burnt, and like they don’t want to add any sweetener or flavoring as requested. I’ve tried multiple times over multiple months to get a caramel macchiato, vanilla iced coffee, etc. to see if it was a bad day I picked, but unfortunately there were no improvements.

very friendly staff! drinks are decently priced and so good. Probably one of the best drive thru coffees I've had in a long time.

EDIT ;; i went back and got my coffee remade, the barista asked me what was wrong, and gave me different options on how to fix it. then after making it she made sure i liked it before leaving. She made my experience do a 180!! i left literally clapping over the taste of the drink

I love the people, but i got my regular white blended snickers and boy, 1 sip made me want to throw up. The espresso was so overly burnt it left a charcoal taste in my mouth.. My birthday is tomorrow and this was our way of celebrating it.. now im just watching everyone enjoy their drinks with mine completely burnt to heavens

I'm editing my review a year later to state that while I love the coffee here, there is one barista who when I see her car out front I just won't stop in. She's very dismissive, doesn't let you choose the tip amount when you use card, slams the window in your face and generally makes the experience not a great one. So I love the coffee and most of the baristas but since she works most days my husband and I have found somewhere else to go daily.

The crew that works here is amazing. Always so friendly. I am a Starbucks devotee, I found this place on my way to pick up groceries one morning, now I come here for my morning drink before work almost every day. They know me and my order when I pull up and are patient when my son orders for himself and changes his mind. The caramel apple sucker Redbull is the best!
