Been there twice in a week..1st time they couldn't process orders and the drive thru line was stuck for 30 min plus. Luckily i was in the back of the line but I had a online order so I went inside. The girl working didn't acknowledge me for a couple min then says I can't take your order because they can't take money. Then i said I had a online order and she went ahead and was able to get me that.. the second time was Halloween night. Their system wouldn't let you order thru the app. Had to go to a different one!

I was there yesterday. I order a cheese burger kids mail and onion rings. I never ever got me drink my apple juice box. And I didnt get any sauce. Im not pleased burger king.

I went thru drive thru waited so long to order than complete transaction. When I finally got the order this is what I got à squished old sandwich bread stuck to paper. Gross. Coffee cold and toys container not even full. I'm pulled over to take pic so sad how these food industries costs so much yet give less quality for it. I want my money back. Look at all the unhappy people below. I truly wonder if Burger King executives or owners of this store reads these. Don't go staff looks tired and not happy...
It's an average Burger King. Usually this one is better than the one on Oregon Way. There's never anyone eating in the dining room. The drink machine has not been working right for a while. The coke, dr pepper etc taste off a little bit. The quality of the Burgers here are inconsistent. Not all the cooks here will put the same amount of toppings on them as the other. This time the burger was decent. Several tomatoes, 4 pickle slices, mayo and ketchup. The bun wasn't even smashed like it usually is. I ordered the Whopper sandwich. I'll only go here if I have a coupon from the sale circular paper. $13.99 for 2 Whopper meals, LG drink & fry.

Ordered a big fish sandwich due to religious reasons. Long wait for anything. Plus they are put out by customers complaining about wrong orders. Tells me to pull forward when there is a car 18 inches in front of my bumper.. This crew needs a change up!!
Dietary restrictions: They will listen, but do not expect them to do it. Look at the allergy warnings on the doors as legal disclaimers!

Picked up a couple of Hershey pies for my daughter in law yesterday was her birthday, so I wanted to take her a sweet treat with her gift. Wish they still have the cheesecake, but the Hershey pies are delicious. They were struggling a little bit because they were short-handed but they were very courteous and apologetic for the delay, so that is great work ethic of them in a frustrating situation. Kudos to them for their professionalism.
