I've been eating at Carl's Jr. for 35 years all over the west. This location has by far the worst quality of food I've ever eaten. Tonight's experience is my last. I ordered two California Classics with extra sauce and extra grilled onions. The burger patties were burned to a crisp, the buns were stale and no sauce or grilled onions at all. It's my fault for ordering after 10 pm. I've been told through the drive thru several times that they don't like grilling onions after 8 pm, because of the mess it makes and that they want to get everything clean early. I'm adding this restaurant to the long list of disgusting fast food in Longview. For the prices we pay, we deserve better.

First order my lettuce wrap wasn’t even wrapped lettuce on top and lettuce on bottom that isn’t a lettuce wrap my friend ordered the signature burger and got a cheese burger then made a second order to go I live 2 hours away got it for dinner last night two lettuce wraps so dinner time opened up burger and both had buns on them this is the third time I have came here and they have not gotten any of my orders right so this is why I desided to right a review and glad I don’t go to that one a lot people up north need to go teach them how to correctly wrap a lettuce wrap
