Handed me an overflowing soda through the window which then spilled all over my lap and door panel. Zero napkins in the bag to clean up and then food was mediocre. For 13 dollars a person, this place needs to upgrade its service experience

I went there this evening and the food was great. The cashier Karlee was very sweet.
Wheelchair accessibility: I'm on a walker. If I'm by myself I need help to get in .HeahJohn the manager.Warren helps me get in.Other wise great food and service.Only love it at Longview Washington on Ocean Beach Blv.But I don't know that I have been any where else.John makes the frys and onion rings nice and crunchy.Don't like any other fast food place.Thank you John!!!Warren and Linda.
Left before even ordering because lady at counter was so rude. I politely told her we needed a few minutes to look at menu since have never been there before. She rolled her eyes and said " whatever ". And especially it was her Manager and that’s a NO, NO u don’t ever treat ur people or customers with poor respect yelling at the mic and that’s it that was really rude! This job should get there people fired and do the job right! They are there to work. It was an old lady and she was the manager really shame on her, l hope the cameras watched her the whole day and her attitude. And rate this place ZERO stars & horrible place!
