I have been battling constipation for several months. It’s been about a week since I have had a bowel movement, so I decided that I was going to order chipotle for dinner. Though my food is always very great, it also works as a laxative. It’s the most expensive laxative I’ve paid for, but it’s effective. So I just want to thank chipotle for cleansing my colon today.

Loud annoying music and a long wait only to be told there’s an additional wait for veggies! Location not taking cash either

The store was dirty but the food was amazing along with the service. Just need to wipe the lobby down ever so often

Good was okay but the place was so filthy. Trash all over the floor and food station was sloppy with food not wiped up.

Drove 10 minutes out of my way to find they were out of the only thing I eat there. I guess I didn't have to leave over then putting too little on the burrito... chipotle responded, asked me to go to thier site, make the same complaints, and just thanked me for my input. Must be nice to just blow off your disgruntled customers.

It's a good healthy choice on the go. I caught the steak fresh off the grill, it was tender and tasty. The staff were friendly too!

I ordered a burrito with lettuce, chicken, extra pico, and fajita veggies and a couple sides because I was going to split it with someone and I can’t have beans, and it ended up being smaller than my hand. I understand I ordered less ingredients but I got the EXACT same order (with the sides and everything) two days ago and they were able to fill out the burrito with what I got. $9.50 for a burrito smaller than something I could get in the freezer aisle of the grocery store. They did give me a bag of chips (to try and compensate) but I’m just genuinely so confused how I can order the same thing and get something half the size??? And the workers are all it is what it is pretty much. I didn’t expect more chicken or anything I just thought they’d be able to give me the same thing I got two days ago.
