ABSOLUTELY LOVE CHIPOTLE FOOD! This location is one I will never return to until the female supervisor or manager??? Not exactly sure which one she is but she needs to be fired. Untill that happens I will not return to this location nor will I recommend anyone go here. She mistreats employees and also in front of customers and mistreats customers. In fact she is rude to everyone who steps inside the door. I've witnessed so much of this lady that I eventually had to stop going to this location before I did something very regretful that would have ended up on worldstar. She is known as the tweaker chipotle chick to many people around longview. There are even posts about her on Facebook. Go park in the parking lot and watch for yourself it's quite a site! On my last visit she was mistreating an employee with a mental disability, this was the last straw for me. She's giving the place a bad report. SEND HER PACKING!

This is the second time I've ordered online and both times my order has been incorrect. This time missing several things I asked for, including lettuce because I'm not sure those 2 little pieces count. ??♀️ I can understand if they're out of certain things but it would be nice if they mentioned that, and I was refunded for the things I paid extra for.

Worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Every time we come to this location they are guaranteed to be out of a few items. Never going to return to this location, will drive an extra 30 minutes to go to Olympia location which is clean and never out of items.

First time ordering from Chipotle...never again! I had the cheese quesadilla. Still hungry after two tiny squares of mostly tortilla (very little cheese). So bland it was like eating, well, a plain old flour tortilla. Much too spendy for what you get. Taco Bell (not the best, I agree) is SO much better!!! Don't waste your money!

I ordered delivery and accidentally put the wrong address so I immediately tried changing the address but no one could help me so the order went to the wrong address. I then called chipotle who said there is nothing they could do and that I should contact DoorDash so I did. I have DoorDash every piece of info about me and they could not find an issue. I then reached back out to chipotle and I they again said there is nothing they could do. To summarize this… do not order from chipotle. They stole $47 from me and basically told me to screw off.

Ordered chips and queso, chips stail literally no crunch and queso is grainy, like the cheese isn't melted all the way.

This place is always delicious. You might not get it wrapped right and it might be super short and fat but you know it'll be delicious! The only bad thing I get is sometimes the chips will be a little under but they are still good.

Was just in there been and have been in there several other times(9-10) at least where they have nothing, no rice, no meats choices, today was the same they had absolutely nothing. This is unacceptable, if you're running out of something freaking cook some more... not that hard at all!!! Complete waste of time driving over there. Oh and the skinny old lady in there is always yelling. I should get some free chipotle for all the times you guys have dropped the ball.

Went in on a Sunday after grocery shopping. This place was absolutely filthy. Salad all over the floors every table was dirty. Their customer service was great, the food was ok except all the meats were empty and what was there looked like it had been there burning a bit. The kicker was the three girls and gentleman at the window just loudly talked in a group about their personal lives and loves... while not rectifying the very dire situations. Just felt management should know.
