Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Ridiculous 22 minute wait for mediocre desserts and cold fries. Mgmt and crew need to be retrained on customer service. Came at 8:45pm. No apologies no friendliness. No repeat business from me now.

Always greeted like an old friend.

I think the food is good, especially the fudge sundaes but there wasn't really any problems other than it took around 5 min to get food but other than that I think it's a good fast food place

Ordered on line got there and as always not ready, I ordered a blizzard separate and as they were making it, one of the male employees double flipping off another employee at the counter. They have my pull up and I am waiting for my food about 10 mins later I get my”meal” and pretzel sticks. I get home and open my bag and my large fries are missing… I called 3 times and no answer….
I have had issues at this one before and the prices DQ charges aint worth it…. WILL NOT BE BACK .

The older gal working at the drive thru should at least smile. The wait was long... When I come to the to Dairy Queen I feel like a kid and I'm always excited to get my ice cream. The lady at the drive-thru could have a better position in the back.

Although it can be a little pricey, it's consistently good!

I don’t even want to give this place a store because the staff there is disrespectful. Worst service I've ever had with fast food. The person taking my order was mean and rushing me. They said “that’s asking for a lot” after I asked for two dipped cones. All the teenagers in that place are disrespectful & laugh at you for getting food or ice cream. I hope they get talked to about how to be kind and treat your customers with respect. Will not be coming back to this horrible place.

Whoever the young Latina girl was who made my husband's blizzard she was as cool 😎 as a cucumber even under pressure my husband asked that his fruit in his blizzard be cut up extra small because he hates huge chunks in it and all the employees were acting like that was an unreasonable request to make and they didn't know how to do that but she was like "dont worry about it I'll make his blizzard 🥶 just don't worry about it I got him covered" she was so nice and made it perfectly and that was extra cool since today is his birthday and he loves their banana split blizzards and this was the first time he has ever asked them to make it like that and it was perfection ❤️ so to that girl Thank you for your excellent customer service!

We brought a coupon in from our earlier purchase. It was the coupon where you can either do a sundae or upgrade to the small blizzard for $2. We ordered our food and gave the coupon to a younger gentleman and he passed it to a middle aged women that I assume was training him. She screamed at us “YOU DIDNT ORDER THE BLIZZARD SO YOU CANT USE IT”. And then started treating the younger man horribly. She scared my 3 year old son, treated us completely unprofessionally. I can imagine she also discouraged that young man too. As someone that spends tons of money at Dairy Queen not only for myself but for entire construction crews at times it’s very disappointing to see an employee act like this.
