First time we have ordered from here in ages. I did it on their website said it would ready at 4:51. Got there said they hadn't received the order yet . The lady that was waiting the counter was very loud and not very impressive. The young lady that was also there told her they had received it and the other lady said oh no they hadn't. Come to find out she had given our order to someone else. I had to wait to have it made again.
There was not definite apology from the loud person. She just handed it to me and I was gone. Got home the burger was burnt and the ice cream tasted like marshmallow fluff . Not good. We will not go back again.

I had an online order and it wasn’t started until I arrived. While I was waiting for my order to be made, there was 3 to 4 employees that had stopped doing their job to look for one employee’s vape that he lost. The same employee that could not find his vape was also cussing up a storm while he was walking around the lobby in front of customers.

I normally do not go out of my way to leave reviews but I have to say that I am extremely disappointed with the service at this location. The blizzards are always messy and dripping down the sides of the cup making for a sticky, messy car. A few members of the staff at the drive thru window are unfriendly and rarely even speak to you. When ordering Doordash, pickup or delivery, an item has been forgotten almost every single time. What's the point in ordering delivery when I have to drive to the location and pick up my missing item anyways? I let it slide a few times but that was my mistake because when I went to get my missing items from today and a few days ago, the item from a few days ago was not honored. I had to go through Doordash support for them to be able to help with a refund. Extremely frustrating and I will not longer be going to this DQ location.

While the service was great, the price of a medium Blizzard doubling in less than 5 years is crazy and not even in line with inflation. I suggest getting your next ice cream fix from the mom and pops. They are cheaper with higher quality ice cream. I should have just gotten rolled ice cream at 3 rivers or sweet spot.

I usually just go here a couple times a year to get a soft serve cone don't eat from menu don't go inside to be fair I won't comment on those thing's I use drive up service is always great ice-cream is always great besides MD never has a working machines lol

I ordered a honey barbecue chicken strip basket, when I opened the box I found there was NO barbeque sauce on the chicken, they had put it in dipping cups!!!
Of course I called to have it replaced. When I went back to the establishment I was very rudely told they were out of food!!!
I demanded a refund and I will never visit that location again.

Ridiculous 22 minute wait for mediocre desserts and cold fries. Mgmt and crew need to be retrained on customer service. Came at 8:45pm. No apologies no friendliness. No repeat business from me now.

Ordered on line got there and as always not ready, I ordered a blizzard separate and as they were making it, one of the male employees double flipping off another employee at the counter. They have my pull up and I am waiting for my food about 10 mins later I get my”meal” and pretzel sticks. I get home and open my bag and my large fries are missing… I called 3 times and no answer….
I have had issues at this one before and the prices DQ charges aint worth it…. WILL NOT BE BACK .
