EVERYTIME I come in here they ALWAYS make my order wrong and everyone is always in a horrible mood especially the Manager. As someone who also works at A Dairy Queen I'm extremely disappointed and it shouldn't ALWAYS be like this Everytime I've ordered from here.

Either this place has started closing earlier than posted hours, or they are intentionally turning off all of the lights outside to make it look like they are already closed and discourage people from coming in after it gets dark. I drove right on by because I couldn't tell if it was open at 7:45 last night

In ordered a Choco Brownie Blizzard and the entire cup was full of brownie, cold hard brownie and a smidge of ice cream. Whoever made it had to have known it wasn’t being prepared properly and I feel like it was purposefully made that way to be funny or facetious. Very disappointed.

I have been in this establishment on numerous occasions. I find it to be lacking.
Ordered. They took my money. Asked me to pull forward. Missed an item in my order. Went inside to get it. Was there inside long enough that another customer came in ordered and got thier food. I was polite. So I went through the drive through again and ordered my missing item. Whole thing took 30-40 min. Should have gone to a different restaurant. But kid wanted the treat cause he helped me help another family and the treat was his reward.

Ordered a couple burgers and the buns were were stale, meat was dry. Worst burgers I've ever gotten from a fast food place. Why even serve food if you're going to serve garbage like that?
