This is the RUDEST crew I have never encountered. If you go in, music in unbearably loud. Staff grunt instead of using words and are obviously pestered by your existence. I spoke with the manager and she just said a few 'im sorry' without really caring and cross examined me as to why I was claiming the staff is rude. I will NEVER return to this location and I only wish I could talk to the owner so he could clean house!!!!

This place is an absolute joke. I go here every morning in order the same drink and pay a different price every day depending on who is working and I’ve never ever been to a coffee shop and tasted a drink they made and didn’t like them and had them tell me they can’t fix it for me. Every coffee shop would always fix it for you. Happy customer? Absolutely ridiculous. You all need to get on the same page for your pricing and have some adults work there it might have a change.

I went to dutch Bros today and got a drink. The blender made a horrendous sound. I am almost done with my drink and low and behold the blade of the blender is in the bottom of my cup!!! I am calling corporate first thing in the morning when they open!

Best coffee by a mile. They don't over roast their beans like another bigger company. Absolutely delish!!
I waited in line for 20 minutes for them to serve the person in front of me and then wait until I pull to the window to tell me that there sorry it took so long and they are closed. Then she shut the window in my face. Worst service I have ever experienced at a Dutch Brothers.

Hands down the most expensive Dutch Brothers I have ever visited. They charge a good $1-2 more than any of the ones in Oregon. ($1.75 for a large water!!! 😳) Granted, you are probably paying for sales tax too. The staff was not very friendly either. Won't be back. *** Update: After writing my review, I scrolled down to see if others were equally dismayed by their experiences here and I was not disappointed. There are many reviews saying the same things I noticed. So this store clearly does not care about improving it's service because the music was still blaring.

I would say that this is only Dutch bro stand in town that constantly makes the drinks wrong either they forget the floats that go on top or they don't double blend drinks when you ask them to or they just make you the entirely wrong drink. I just let it go because I'm usually in a hurry. They need to train the Baristas longer or do a better job because there's so many new Baristas at the stand and none of the new ones know how to make drinks properly or with the right ingredients. It's probably not their fault it's probably the people training them

Honestly there is no other coffee place that does coffee as good as Dutch Bros. If you're coming from out of town I highly recommend stopping in for something delicious that'll give you a pep in your step! Having a rough day? Dutch Bros will make it better. Feeling blue? Dutch Bros will let the sunshine stream right on through. Fast, friendly, there is never a dull moment at Dutch Bros!
