I used to really enjoy coming here a few times a year as the service was friendly and the atmosphere welcoming but my last visit was disappointing. I mentioned it had been a while since I last came in and the response from the owner felt cold and uninterested. I wasn't offered any add ons like tapioca pearls or popping boba which had always been part of the ordering process before, and because it wasn't offered, I didn't get the chance to add it to my drink. I visit Jen for coffee at least once a week! She's always super chipper and makes great coffee and bagels, and there are a lot of cool people who hang out there! thanks for keeping my caffeine vessels full!
