The food is amazing and the atmosphere is great, their listening skills are severely lacking. Half the time the miss understand or mess up an order completely. It’s not enough to turn me away, but it occurs regularly enough to not be a one off thing.

We were passing through on our way to Idaho and so glad we did. We got the steak quesadillas and chicken taquitos and split them. We liked the chicken taquitos the best. The batter was so flakey it melted in your mouth, unlike the ones we're used to in Texas. Definitely a plus! It goes yo show you, you can get good Mexican food in any state!!

Food was delicious, drinks were flavorful, and the service was stellar. Only complain is the bathroom was a little dark and creepy. Would visit again if I were in the area.
My family and I traveled 40 miles to dine at this establishment, but unfortunately encountered unprofessional service that compelled me us leave without ordering. Despite arriving before other patrons, our server prioritized a table of his personal acquaintances who arrived significantly later, leaving our party unattended. After notifying the host staff about the extended wait and lack of service, the situation did not improve.
When we decided to leave due to the poor service, the front desk staff showed little concern for our experience and insisted we pay for the beverages we had ordered with intentions of consuming them with our meals.
Unfortunately, based on our experience, I cannot recommend this establishment to others seeking quality service and hospitality.

My wife and I wanted to go out for our 45th wedding aniversary. We were looking for good standards of service and food, we chose El Ranchero. We were not disappointed, we had excellent service and the best Chili Rellenos in all of SW Washington. The Bacon Wrapped Jalepenos were a delight, especially with the delicious Cheese Sauce. Thank You to our Server and her help, truly commendable service. This place is very consistent with the quality of service and food.
