(Beth's mom) The food's always good. My husband and I enjoy the fajitas, our daughter likes the quesadillas and we all like their chips. Also, I've discovered that since I had Covid last year, their sour cream is the only type i can stand to eat. For some reason, all of the other sour creams, and yogurt, taste & smell sour or spoiled now but theirs doesn't have that effect on me. The people are always nice and polite. Anyway, thought I'd write a review finally.

Our server was good, no complaints there. My wife had a 32oz margarita ( margarita factory associated) she liked it a lot. I had a DosEquis (green bottle). The chips and salsa are standard fare here. Ok. We ordered bean dip also. It was just refried beans, also ok.My wife ordered the cast iron nachos and she liked it. I ordered the build your own combo with 2 ground beef tacos and a chimichanga with ground beef extra crispy. It was tasty. The taco shells were corn and I felt they needed to be fried a little more to be crispy. They were a bit tough to bite through.I asked for green hot sauce and they didn't have any. Only a house made green sauce that our server said was not hot. I can't eat the red sauces. They only have house made red sauce and not any well known hot sauces like Tapatillo or Challula.Well probably try it again. Next time I'll come in with my own Green Pepper Challula hot sauce. We weren't asked if we wanted desserts. A server should always ask that. It's a good way to sell extra items and make a bit more $. We were too full anyway.

Guadalajara Grill & Cantina offers up-scale Mexican cuisine. There are enormous amounts of margaritas. We had the Enchilada Verdes, and Pollo Con Molle. Food was good but nothing impressive. We were not expecting such an expensive meal but for the two of us we paid $100 for dinner which wouldn’t happen at other Mexican restaurants. Don’t think we will be back here because of the price.
Stopped by here for lunch after cutting down our Christmas tree this year over at Ferncrest Farm. Overall I think this is a solid 3.5 stars, big open clean space, friendly service, and decent food. The only reason it is not 4 stars for me is the price. Sure it's a generous portion of beans and rice, but my seafood chimichanga was fairly small in size for being over $20. The chips and salsa were good, refills were frequent and their margaritas (even a medium size) are huge! A good and filling lunch if you are in the area.

The BEST Hispanic food in the area. Clean friendly inviting atmosphere. Reasonable prices. Happy hour is a good time to get great food for cheap.

We ordered when food arrived they only brought 2 out of our three meals, waitresses ask if we needed anything else yes our other plate, so rest of the day family were almost done by the time mine got there.
