Ichi 12 Teriyaki

I usually go inside, and food portions are large and worth the higher price. I decided to door dash from them, even though it was quite a bit more expensive. When I got my food there was about half the portion size or what is shown in the pictures and what is usually given. Only one small scoop of rice, a small portion of chicken, and a small side salad for about $35. It wouldn't let me post a review on door dash. If you're not eating in, I would skip it.

Beautiful Restaurant! Wonderful food! my wife and i both got their lunch special teriyaki chicken and it was delicious

They gave me someone else order. I went back and got the correct order. Got home and it was dried out tough chicken. Won’t go there ever again.

I would get zero stars if I could! It doesn't take 45 minutes to cook some chicken Katsu. I watched five customers come in and get their food before I did. The most messed up part is this was food for my child. I will never be coming here again and I should have asked for a refund.

Great service and food. They treat us like family every time we're in there. Ichi still doesn't disappoint! It's my family's favorite spot, even out of town family members want need to stop here at least once when they visit.

I ordered the Chicken Yakisoba and Spicy Chicken meal with egg rolls for takeout, but wouldn't recommend it due to subpar, overpriced food that tasted like dog food. Everything seemed prepackaged and lacked freshness, with bland, dry noodles that stick togother in a glob and only the egg rolls being somewhat decent but too crunchy.

To overprice for quality of food. Ordered takeout for 2 and all food was very dry and had little flavor. The noddles were stuck together like glue. Most likely won't go back.

Ordered take out and got the beef, it was completely dry and tasted like I was eating beef jerky. Food wasn’t fresh and the crab puffs were also terrible with no crab and only cream cheese…didn’t taste fresh at all, sadly was a waste of money. Save your money and go somewhere else.
