I normally wouldn’t give that many stars I would normally give more. Jack in the box is one of my favorite places to get breakfast from but last night I ordered my normal and I woke up the next morning with food poisoning. I tried calling the store so that way I would not have to write a review of course no one answered so here I am writing this review for the whole world to see.

The food is good but some of the Employees at the 15th ave location are rude. We had one person there when we went through the drive through and my husband just got paid and it was all in $100 bills (more than half the paycheck) and she literally asked if we had anything smaller when that’s all we had and she obviously doesn’t want to deal with big bills and it appears every time we go it’s her and it shows that she doesn’t like her job Jack in the box needs to get actual employees that will enjoy their job and not complain about getting a big bill to pay for the food

twice this year I have tried to get tacos...first time they 'didn't have tacos' ...today I sat behind 2 other cars at the windows 25 minutes , the car behind me backed out and left.After another 5minutes solid I . I was going to go inside and get my order but there was a line almost to the door.

The staff is friendly, they get your orders correct, not to mention each and everyone is always doing a job not standing around like you are a bother. If they are busy, they are still quick and friendly and food is hot

So i want to start off with a thank you to Ryan! I believe he is new at this jack in the box and I must say he really is a great addition to the team!! He always makes me feel like he is happy to see us and treats us with respect and we can see that he truly loves his job!! It so refreshing to no matter when we stop in if ryan is there we are always met with kindness.

The food never changes which is good enough for me because I’ve always found it pretty good when it’s fresh. In 10 years, this location has had an absolute horrible communication system with the customers. They’re outside. Speaker works just fine however, what you speak does not get transmitted to the employees and this is not just a once or twice experience every time I go in there I literally have to pull up to the drive-through window because I get tired of repeating myself after the third time. Whoever owns this franchise is a total disgrace to the customer service industry, and Jack-in-the-Box needs to pull their franchise. Just plain disrespectful.

Generally ok service, usually, unless you get one of the rude employees. Don't count on them to get you order right either, watch your own food. The price is absolutely obscene too just for one burger only.
