Took about 10 minutes to make it through the drive thru with only 1 car in front of me, food wasn't very good and I'm pretty sure the cashier intentionally threw out the receipt instead of handing it to me so I couldn't do their corporate survey.

Ordered pulled up and employees were yelling at eachother .waited 15 min and finally someone came back to window and my fault probly should have checked to make sure everything was in bag which was not .probly be last time I use this one .

We were the only car in the drive through lane for twenty minutes before they took our order. When we pulled up to the drive through the lobby was empty. It took an additional ten minutes after paying to get our food. Let's just say not fast food.

Definitely a Jacobin the box teriyaki i Bowl is the best on the menu in my opinion it's a decent portion and good.

Got there and had an order placed for pick up waited 30 to 40 mins as they ignored me and my wife and worked on orders for the drive-thru and then had attitude with my wife after asking for help for the 4th time loud enough for everyone to hear
