The manager decided to sit in the customer area bitching about her job. She was so loud you could her her everywhere. Im not sure if she was yelling at a employee or if she was just bragging about how she acts at work. Very unprofessional. Her attitude was crazy. Most people were staring and the atmosphere was very negative.

I called today In Longview, WA to order a delivery. The girl was so young and distracted, that she was unable to complete a single transaction. She wrote down the expiration date wrong. And then on the second time through, she not only had the expiration date wrong, but my entire payment information wrong. I have canceled my order. Is she 15? Appsrently, she cannot keep track of one thought at a time. It's like teaching high-school all over again. I am not sure if I will order from JimmyJohns again. This is supremely disappointing. This is a business. If you believe that your customers need to teach basic skills to your employees AGAIN, I am available, and you can pay $300 per hour, re-teaching these children to take responsibility. Wow, I am so disappointed in you. I won't call in an order again.

I don't get why this location is rated under 4 stars. My experience at this location was very unexpected. My order was complete and ready. The service I received from Matt was awesome. Keep up the great work Matt. If in the area I would definitely come to this location again........

My sandwich was a little short on hot peppers especially after requesting extra hot peppers. Still a tasty sandwich, but could have been even better!
I work close and come here quite a bit for lunch. Food is always good, employees are always super friendly. Even doing a pick up order, they acknowledge you and tell you to have a great day.

Done super fast and is amazing food no matter what I order. There bow tie past is so good. I always order the #9 Italian nightclub.
Parking: The parking is very tight so as long as you know how to drive and park you’ll be fine. It’s a strip mall like place so they compete for parking, 4 places next to each other in 1 building and 2 spots for each to park at the building but there is parking on the street and facing away from the building, towards the street. It’s just tight quarters, small spots and not much room to come and go backing out. Other than that I would recommend at least trying it out. 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Kid-friendliness: The restaurant always has seating and it feels so homey in there for your hole family. The staff is so nice to the kids also.

I am NEVER eating at jimmy johns again. I splurge once a month. Today I wanted Jimmy johns. The sandwich seemed very small and when I opened it there was 1 piece of of turkey. On a $13 sandwich. Are you freaking kidding me? So irate right now.
