I order through the app all the time and get delivery. This one time, they didn’t toast my sandwich, and you can’t do anything over the app. So I called and the guy said they’d remake it, and literally just hung up on me. I was very nice on the phone about it. Makes me think I shouldn’t have said anything and just dealt with it. I appreciate them remaking it. But I don’t like how he was talking to me, like it was the biggest inconvenience he could possibly deal with. I get people have bad days, but come on. Don’t make me feel like the bad guy for telling you guys the mistake u made.

Easily the slowest Jimmy John's I've ever been to. It was driving me crazy watching them fumble behind the counter. Took over 15 min to get my basic beach club with only 2 orders ahead of me. No reason it should take that long.

First time having a negative experience. I’ve gotten JJBLT’s before and they have been adequate on toppings but this time, there was one piece of bacon and barely any toppings, barely any mayo. Super disappointed to get all the way to Woodland to discover this. I know this economy is rough but one tomato is crazy lol for the price I’m kinda pissed.

I cannot say it any louder the Jimmy johns staff is absolutely amazing!!!! The Gm Angela I believe she said her name was is completely amazing she definitely deserves a raise very happy I tried this place out I can't stop coming back because the food is good but the customer service is top notch here!! The manager decided to sit in the customer area bitching about her job. She was so loud you could her her everywhere. Im not sure if she was yelling at a employee or if she was just bragging about how she acts at work. Very unprofessional. Her attitude was crazy. Most people were staring and the atmosphere was very negative.

I called today In Longview, WA to order a delivery. The girl was so young and distracted, that she was unable to complete a single transaction. She wrote down the expiration date wrong. And then on the second time through, she not only had the expiration date wrong, but my entire payment information wrong. I have canceled my order. Is she 15? Appsrently, she cannot keep track of one thought at a time. It's like teaching high-school all over again. I am not sure if I will order from JimmyJohns again. This is supremely disappointing. This is a business. If you believe that your customers need to teach basic skills to your employees AGAIN, I am available, and you can pay $300 per hour, re-teaching these children to take responsibility. Wow, I am so disappointed in you. I won't call in an order again.
