Consistently the worst KFC I’ve ever been to. Went today, soda had no syrup, chicken was cold, fries were stale, I ordered a 5 piece and got a 4 piece, no butter and honey with the biscuit. The chicken here also just tastes weird… Not sure why, but it doesn’t taste like a normal KFC. For nearly $18 for a 5 piece, I seriously expect better.

Alot of staff, but y et long waits ALWAYS forget stuff, chaotic environment order has never been right even when slow bisquits and condiments forgotten 5 out of 5 times.

Front counter lady acted as if she did not want to be there or take my order, Second i watched her take my chicken out of the warmer and put it into the bag then proceeded to tell me that we are waiting on fries even though i ordered before drive through, they took priority and watched 2 more fires made before mine were done. Kinda of pathetic i waited over 10 min just for fries that were cold, not even fresh. Wish i cluld give 0 stars

It's been awhile since we have eaten here because we were typically dissatisfied once we got home with the order. We have recently came back and tried again. And now have been back every week from a month. The staff was under siege tonight and they handled it like pros. I had about a 15-minute wait. When they called me up to get my order, the guy threw in some cheesy curds and apologized for the wait. Great customer service and great teamwork.
You can’t order Mac n cheese in the take out app or on door dash …. or root beer….. it’s stupid I have to go into the store to be able to edit my order

My cashier Miranda was amazing, I had a big order and she was super friendly and helped me get everything I needed.
Ordered 60$ worth of food. Didn’t get our coleslaw. Chicken was old. Tasted of old oil. Very disappointed. We’re 30 minutes away so going back just to get coleslaw wasn’t going to happen. First time I hated the chicken! Can’t get the old oil taste out of our mouths.
