Went there a they said they didn’t have enough chicken to accommodate for a small group of 5 ppl. There was two cars in drive thru and 1 doordash order inside other then that no one there. Was around 5 o clock dinner time. How can you be out of chicken or not have enough when that’s all you have an are known for. The staff all were very rude about it as well. Sighed at us. An slammed the cooker doors shut. They also were out of there main sides too. Mac a cheese and coleslaw. They have gone such down hill. None of the workers looked very happy. Very disappointed with how much the cost nowadays.

Never in my life have I gone to a restaurant where they achieved less than 50%, let alone 0% on order accuracy before today. If they're going to overcharge me for mediocre chicken, they'd better at least get my order right, or at the very least, give me something vaguely resembling my order. I want my money back.

I was so happy they brought back chicken tossed in BBQ. The fist time they were out of extra crispy so they used original and forgot my potatoes and sauce. I waited a couple of months and tried again. I paid extra for the BBQ. They straight up put extra crispy chicken and BBQ sauce packets in my bag!!! The manager was standing right next to him. I'm done. There's a reason why there's never anyone here. Oh and half my chicken was old and soggy!

Spent $40 on a meal to find out gravy lid was not on with gravy going through the paper sack all over my car. People were nice and friendly when they serve the food to me, but not worth the big mess in the car and all over all the food.

Went to KFC to get their special 8 piece bucket complete meal and was informed it would be a 12 wait just for the biscuits, Blaine the associate waiting on us offered some extra chicken instead of waiting on the biscuits. I informed Blaine I would rather just wait. Upon informing me my order was ready, Blaine told me he gave me extra biscuits and chicken for being so patient. That was excellent customer service.

Another place in this area you really can’t go. They told me they didn’t have the food I ordered ready (chicken nuggets) and it would be out in 5 minutes. At 10 minutes I went in and they hadn’t even started the food. I had to get a refund, which doesn’t include sales tax apparently so for the $12 “meal” of a soda and an 8 count nuggets, which is an insane price, they only refunded me $5 for the nuggets. I paid over $6 for a soda alone and am late to work because of this nonsense.
If you want a good meal in Longview just go to mill city grill. It’s the only place that seems honest and like they care about their customers.

Consistently the worst KFC I’ve ever been to. Went today, soda had no syrup, chicken was cold, fries were stale, I ordered a 5 piece and got a 4 piece, no butter and honey with the biscuit. The chicken here also just tastes weird… Not sure why, but it doesn’t taste like a normal KFC. For nearly $18 for a 5 piece, I seriously expect better.
