Really? This location is the only one to raise the price of a new item from 5.99 to 6.99 within a week of it coming out. Furthermore, they disabled all app offers alongside reward points redemption. Penny pinching franchise owner that doesn't deserve their business to be supported, I will be going to any other KFC's EXCEPT for this one. We're already seeing the prices of inflation, you don't need to go out of your way to screw over the consumers in every way possible.

The famous bowls we received were only half full and not very much chicken/corn/potatoes but an abundance of gravy. Nowhere near filling. So different from famous bowls we've had in the past at other KFC's. Feeling a little ripped off.Skimping on portions is not a good look for a business...

This establishment is a big fat joke. Ordered two burgers and got ones that were old as hell and hard. When I went back in the manager looked too timid to even do her job right.You need a new management team for real. I could whip this restaurant into shape.

KFC is nowhere near as busy as it was when I worked there, probably due to poor management, unsatisfactory food and high prices. The kitchen was also always dirty and employees would not clean. What really got me was seeing the GM put his bare hands into the pickles when making sandwiches ? and he never washed his hands! This establishment has lost a lot of great employees because they did not treat them well.. also, do you want your chicken thawed in hot water? Maybe that’s why is so dry and tough? ? and don’t get me started on the old fryers that are hardly ever at temp, probably why food isn’t cooked properly and is soggy. Biscuits have a 2hr hold time, they are making too much at a time and instead of throwing them away, they’ll just serve you stale, dry biscuits to cut costs. The chicken warmer constantly needed maintenance, probably because it was never cleaned properly. Just a dirty place, eat at your own risk! ⚠️Parking: N/A
