I am disgusted by the experience I had in the store after spending about $38.00 on carnitas and chicharrón. I don't understand how they can sell something that looks like it was cooked days ago. Instead of enjoying the food, I was greatly disappointed. I think instead of cheating people with reheated food, it would be better to throw it away and not steal customers' money. I was only able to salvage enough for four tacos. I don't plan to give them any more money and I hope they wake up and stop selling cooked food for so long.

This market has great offerings of meat as well as a good bakery. Their torta rolls are very tasty and their homemade tamales are huge and delicious. The service is always friendly. They do sell cooked items, as well as fresh chicharrones. We go there all the time. I highly recommend this market.

La Mexicana Meat Market is a neat little place. They have TONS of meats- some marinated, some not. They also have fresh made Chicharrones, which look fabulous!They also offer fresh baked goods, which are quite tasty & varied.The staff is always friendly and quick to help if needed.Their fresh Tamales are good too. Quite large, actually.I'd recommend this Meat Market easily to anyone needing items with a Mexican flair.

First impressions matter! I'm still smiling! They have everything I need to make authentic food! They have the chiles! Quesos! Cremas! Dulces! Baked goods n trés leche and flan! They even sell fresh homemade tamales! Helados, peanut candies n other sweets! Coke and Fanta in glass bottles (sugar cane sweetened)! Fresh produce and beautiful meats! Clean!!! Friendly salespeople! Piñatas! Disneyland grocery store! Such a find right next to El Ranchero restaurant.
I was in Longview and looking for a nice cake for my grandson's birthday and didn't want the standard big box store cake. I discovered this place and their wonderful tres leches cakes. It was phenomenal and the sparkler candles they sell topped it off. I also scooped up some Mexican pastries that were fresh and fabulous. This is bar far the best place in Longview, a real gem. The meat is excellent as well.

Top quality meat at a great price and growing up in California in a town with a large Hispanic community I enjoyed all the different spices and most of all the different candy all kinds of stuff and this store has it all every thing you would need! 5 star very nice customer service and bakery ?
