The past few times of being here I’ve always had to wait over 15 min. Pizza completely greasing out the bottom of the box. Crazy bread wasn’t cut and didn’t Parmesan. That’s just my experience as a costumer, which honestly is sad because Little Caesars used slap back in the day.
As a dasher, I’ve been here for over 20 min today waiting on ready to go items, while new people placing orders are getting the items I need. Crazy af

Staff are helpful, patient and professional. However staff could be a little more efficient. Would still recomend this location.
Love the pizza service is great bit but dislike the crazy atmosphere cause they get overwhelmed in lots of customers.

Ordered online and picked up my pizza thru the machine was easy but when i got the 2 pizzas they were both half cooked and soggy.the center on the pizzas were sloppy as hell with greese cus they were not cooked all they way.

Busy and crowded little room to sit mostly crowded standing. Their pizza portal is broken or "offline" and they haven't figured out a good system to make up for the outage so delivery drivers didn't know what to do the employees weren't helping them just letting them stand around confused while many different employees took turns rotating on and off the till then back to prepare food without wearing gloves and one guy I know for sure didn't even wash his hands before returning to making pizza bare handed directly after helping someone on the cash register handling cash. Seems unorganized and the eldest of the employees who I assumed was in charge sat up at the front talking to some little girls as she leaned over the counter to share pictures with her off of her phone which is great and nice but not when you have a lobby full of irritated confused customers who are not being helped or handed their finished orders and after several minutes they have to come back up and ask again for an order they were told was almost ready when they first got here now 10 mins later they finally bugged someone enough to get the order. Not cool especially if your delivering for them and now your order is late and your getting your tips docked or getting a contract violation for late delivery. Just saying.

Slow. Always so slow. And so many times they stop accepting orders through the little caesers app even though they're still open.
Every visit has been fantastic. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. My kids are picky and my order is always correct. Highly recommend!
