My Mother ordered pizza for my sons birthday party for the next day in advance and Accidentally set the order for SAME DAY instead, The 2 women on the phone with her were very rude and disrespectful, refused any sort of Compromise on an Honest mistake, refused a Refund and refused to remake pizzas and wanted her to pick up almost 4 hour old pizzas that were dried out when she lives 45 minutes away from the location. Just upset and irritated at how they professionally handled the situation. Could have been handled with more respect and understanding, now my mother will never be buying pizza from this location again and I wont either as a regular customer for years due to the rude customer service. (My Boyfriend went in person to talk about this mishap and there was a Different Manager on shift than the one my mom spoke with on the phone and This manager handled it way better with Grace, Understanding and Respect so thank you to her for turning it around, He didn't get the Name) just writing this review as a reminder to be kind and respectful instead of coming at someone with Anger and disrespect. It goes a long way.

I did an online order and somehow they made it the wrong day, probably my own fault. So I called the store and said something. The first girl was incredibly rude and pass the phone off to someone else, and she was not very friendly either. Apparently, my order was sitting in a warmer for over 4 hours and she would not give me a refund. I guess they didn't notice that the pizza was sitting in there that long, I don't know. But you would think that she would try to make the situation right instead of being rude. So now I'm out my money. I'm not going back there, I will be ordering somewhere else for the proper day, it is supposed to be for my autistic grandson's birthday party. Somehow, the wrong day was entered, possibly I did it myself. Anyways, ordering from WinCo, after wasting my money on nothing. Rudeness was not necessary.

I’m done ordering from here. What’s the point of having options in your app if you aren’t going to follow them? Light sauce means LIGHT sauce. It’s always gushing out from under the cheese. Maybe you like that and I say good for you, but it’s gross.

Worst pizza ever and they for got my pepperoni. Cause doesn't even start for two inches past the crust and she told me cheese is a topping so if you order a two topping pizza the cheese couts as a topping.

Never been to little Caesars before and so when I walked in I was confused the lady just there didn't even ask if she can help me, then the portal was on the bottom hard for me to bend and if your too slow it will close on you then you will need to put your number in again.

Wne in to order over chragee us the crazy bread was burnt and they had little to no pizzas left to sell
The people that work here have no customer service skills. Be prepared, they will overcharge you and completely mess up your order then get mad at you for it 😭 I completely understand that they were super busy tonight and had a lot of orders but when I let them know that this isn’t the pizza that we ordered and it also has no sauce on it, they refused to fix it and give us what we paid for because they were busy and didn’t have time to re make it right. The lady at the front taking orders was also super rude and shouldn’t even be socializing with customers.

Very disappointed every time I come nowadays. I ordered a pretzel pizza, don’t know what went wrong but it tastes stale/hard. Don’t understand why it came out so bad because they made it after i ordered it? it’s not even good enuf to eat it’s flat and doesn’t even taste like pizza. Waste of money coming to this location(.) only reason I ever gave this place a 5 star is because I got hecka free stuff one night
