It is sad how the quality and customer service is horrible at this shop. This establishment we will never return to. If you are looking for people that like to argue and bicker with their customers this is the place for you. They refused to give our money back when my daughter’s drink spilled all over her and she had not even put her straw in yet. I am beyond horrified at how many signs read no return on food everywhere. Why do they need these signs at all? Any food establishments I frequent do not have to put these signs out, because they have pride and want their customers happy. This should have been my first red flag. Our donuts were stale, and we got overcharged, we asked about it and both owner and employee argued the price even though I was staring at the sign that had the price. My husband was upset and we just left. Heavenly donuts will stay our go to, never had a bad donut there!!

Transcendent. That is the word that comes to mind when describing their donuts. This establishment objectively sells the most delectable donuts on this plane of existence. Please let me be clear, this is not an opinion but an irrefutable fact. My only caution in recommending that you partake of this establishment is that once you do, you will experience a donut that definitively ruins all other inferior donuts. 6 / 5 stars. Highly recommend.

Used to like this place. Recently went there and had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience. First off the experience alone disgusting, and the customer service thereafter was atrocious. First off I ordered a raspberry coconut redbull and got all the way home before putting the straw in and trying it. Immediately my mouth and nose sensed the distinct smell and taste of MOLD/MILDEW. Appetite for the drink immediately disappeared. But to give them the chance I drove back, 2 or 3 miles back to let them know I wasn't happy and they're syrups might be bad. The 2 employees insisted that couldn't be the case (arguing with the customer) and then when I THOUGHT they were making me a new drink I had them toss the gross one. Then they were GOING TO CHARGE ME FOR A NEW ONE! they had already tossed my old one so I was literally out of luck apparently. On top of all this when directed to the manager/owner on Facebook by said employees the response back was more arguing and then the owners saying to bring in a raspberry coconut drink on my time on my dollar from SOMEWHERE ELSE TO COMPARE! the audacity of this business owner. Shameful.

I wanted to love this place today. The staff was exceptional. However, the donuts tasted like old oil and the seating area was so dusty and tables were dirty. Maybe it was an off day/week so I will give it another try, but was dissappointed today.

Boba is the best..... unfortunately extremely pricey.
their menu needs to be redone for the boba because every other boba place clearly defines if a drink will have milk in it or not, instead of the assumption that they all will when some say milk and others don’t. it’s confusing coming from someone whose used to places with boba being more clearly defined in what’s in the drink.and even then an unsweetened tea shouldn’t have heavy cream added because that … has sugar? I am allergic to milk and was given a drink that was full of it without being made aware the ube tea is neither unsweetened nor milk-free (which I realized all too late), and I got sick.

Definitely a hidden gem in a place where you don't expect the best of milk tea and boba to be served.After having tried at least 30 different boba shops, my favorite (green) milk tea here easily beats out 95% of them. The boba is always properly cooked and consistent, never are they too hard or too soft.My girlfriend and I love coming here and we're probably through our 4th or 5th boba sided stamp card by now, so I thought to leave a supporting review for a place that never misses no matter what flavor or tea we choose! In terms of having variety and all of them being yummy, Longview Donuts/Boba definitely takes the cake and I find myself craving it more than any Seattle boba shop.We don't get donuts often but when we do, a dozen would disappear within a day or two, definitely stop by here for both of their specialty!
