I like getting the texas double whopper with bacon, it tastes better .also chocolate shakes . The fries are way better after getting the one single onion ring in your fries.im going to put down that I dined in, but if any other burger place is open I'll go to them first, I just don't like mcdnlds.

Impelled to write this review by the exemplary service I received today. I ordered my food on the app for curbside pickup. They brought out my order pretty quickly and off I went. Just as I was about to pull out into the road, I see a woman chasing me down. This woman is a McDonald’s employee whose name I found out is Maria. Maria went above and beyond chasing me down, out of breath she tells me they forgot to give me my happy meal. Most places would have said “oh well she is gone.” But not Maria. I really appreciate her efforts and feel she needs to be recognized for this. It’s so hard to find good service workers who actually care, but Maria is definitely part of that elite group. Thank you Maria!

I've had issues in the past where on 3 separate occasions I ordered on the app to pick up my food from the counter but then I show up and the lobby was closed. One of the times it looked like they were having a Christmas party or something. So I went through the drive through and explained the situation because I didn't know what else to do and everyone got mad at me and gave me a ton of attitude. Today I went inside and ordered at the kiosk instead. Only 2 out of the 4 were working. The kiosk didn't give me a receipt and I didn't want to get one from the counter because there was a huge line there. I decided to just hang out by the pick up shelves so I could see which bag had my name on it. Several minutes later I realized they weren't putting the food there, they were just leaving the food on the counter. My food was already sitting there and was cold (it might have been hot if I had known where it was or what my number was.) But then I was also missing a nugget from my order, it only had 3 pieces, there was no ketchup or napkins in the bag either. I took the order to go so I didn't realize all this until it was way to late. I tried to leave feedback on the app because I know they review those more than these Google reviews, but you can't leave feedback without a receipt! So it was overall a horrible experience and with all the other issues I've had at this location in the past it looks like I'm officially done with this place.

This place is amazing i love how they take there time and thats how i like it they never mess up an order unlike the other mcdonalds that we never been there for a bit and now i love this one better then the other one near kelso.
NOT Clean!!!! Plenty of staff and had to wait 20 min to get a table cleaned. Leftover food on tables and all over the floor

Well first I asked no lettuce on my big mac, I get lettuce and no onions, doesn't even sound the same, also after I took the bun off looks like someone was hungry and took a bite out of the patty. You all have been shut down for a week for a remodel and I guess the grease didn't get changed out, cause fries were soaked in grease and dark brown and looked like ends and bits of fries. Hope we didn't hand out any raises, this place is one of the worst on 38th and ocean beach. Do better is about all I can say..came back to post a picture but not offering that option now.

I never dine in, but I love their breakfast burrito 🌯 😋 the taco sauce is so good 👍 they are always very fast and friendly when I stop in on my break from work.
