Owner and I got in contact and we quickly found out where the piece of plastic came from, it was a one off incident with the packaging container for that slice of cheesecake. I appreciate when a business listens and actively works on solving the problem within hours. Very nice people work here. We will be back!

Mellie’s Bakery is a gem in Longview! Their Texas sheet cake with pecans is rich, moist, and absolutely decadent—just the right amount of crunch from the pecans makes it perfect. My husband loved the lemon bars: bright, tangy, and perfectly balanced with a buttery crust. You can really taste the care and quality in every bite. Definitely happy I decided to check them out while my usual dessert spot is closed!

This place has the bombdigty I really like the turtle cookie and my fav is the cinnamon rolls. It’s just it’s a bit expensive to I wish they would lower thare price but it’s ow so good and I’ve never written a review before so that’s saying something
