Literally amazing! I am so obsessed with the quesabirria. The perfect amount of spicy. I highly recommend Monarca. I have had burritos, quesadillas, tacos and birria pizza as well from here. Everything is incredible.
I had the Supreme Canadian and it was not good all I could taste was the burnt flavor of the tortilla and the flavor was not good the tortilla flavor overpowered the taste of the chicken what a waste not wirth it
After hearing my coworkers and neighbors rave about Monarca, I decided to give it a try….& I am SO glad I did!!!I ordered the azada super burrito & got 2 tacos. The burrito…is my favorite burrito I’ve ever had in Longview. It was perfect.I got an azada taco and a spicy pork taco. Both meats were juicy and flavorful, I like the pork the best. I have a feeling a will be a regular customer here from now on!
