Blonde curly haired girl refused to remake my Iced Mocha after she handed it out to me and it tasted like straight cream and flavor, no coffee. I'd recommend training her in how drinks are supposed to be made. Mcdonalds ice coffees taste better than whatever that was.

When you work these places try just doing what customer asks for if with reason I don't think me asking for half the ice in my drink is asking to much i have herd about the attitude but hadn't experienced it tell today been going to this one next to the DQ for about 2 years if I'm being polite and pleasant I don't need your attitude thanks

Love that they have a drive through and drip coffee! It’s decent coffee too. Plus they make a pretty tasty bagel bacon breakfast sandwich! Update, went back for lunch and the club sandwich is soooo good. Changing to 5 star. ?

This is the only place I go, today I ordered two iced red bulls like I do everytime, they made them blended on accident so remade them iced and as she handed them to me she was stirring them. The top was clear with the flavor on the bottom, redbull is not clear but club soda is and I’ve worked in coffee for years. I did not pay and tip for a club sodas very sad.

Very disappointed with the two girls that worked late at night. I wouldn't think being in customer service they would talk to their customers the way they do, very unprofessional. I wouldn't think they'd cuss, and slam the window on a customer if I could, I would give them a zero star, never even got my order taken. Shame.
