We've been trying to find good pizza in this area for a long time now and sadly, Papa Murphy's is just not it. Don't get me wrong, their pizzas work great for a kids birthday party, or something where the quality of pizza doesn't really matter, however if you're looking for pizza you love and want to go back for, keep looking...Kid-friendliness: The kids love their pizza.

First off, the service is always great but execution of orders is definitely lacking...Came back in to get yet another of multiple remakes on our calzones and grab salads for dinner... Calzones are almost always to thin and fall apart when touched and our salads that are usually great, where definitely lacking this time around lol Ond salad was great as usual and the other had next to nothing on it! Literally 4 small chunks of chicken and a lite finger pinch sized sprinkling of cheese...

They never answer their phone for call ahead ordering and always try to refuse any special ordering requests and no matter how busy they are the wait time given is 30+ minutes. The most likely problem is that they are severely understaffed, improperly trained likely underpaid and in desperate need of competent management if this was my store I’d have mandatory retraining of all employees and mandatory effective management classes for my managers as well as mandatory supervisors classes for all shift leads. It would pay for itself in the long run. And some team building activities is never a bad idea and helps build employee morale.

We're always happy with our pizza. I follow the directions when baking it. I order from the app and it's always made how we want it made. Their pizza is consistently good quality.
The food is consistent. It isn't really comparable with real Italian Pizza, but if you don't put it into the same category, it is quite good and a family favorite for takeout.
