Consistently excellent! Huge variety Vietnamese food, chicken wings, soup, etc.

No basil, odd for pho but I assume cost saving? Spring rolls have what appears to be Costco deli ham in them (and shrimp), peanut sauce is thicker than typical and tastes off. Very friendly service and clean place.

Not your typical Vietnamese menu. The banh mi for sure is not banh mi but a fusion with more American sandwiches. Protein portions are good for the size. Not a bad place but it took a while for food to get served during the dinner hour we arrived

Visiting from out of town and craving soup. Been to several pho places around the Issaquah-Redmond area, but none had such rich, yet light chicken broth. I wish I lived in Kelso area because this has become the place I'll be comparing any other pho places to.

The Pho and Chow mein was amazing but the chicken and steak rice plate was underwhelming.

So, not sure what is going on, but they have been without basil for almost a yr. Are they going to get it back or are they just not going to get it back? We usually go there at least once a week, but lately our orders have been messed up. Wish they would go back to how they used to be.

I like Pork Fried Rice. It was the greatest place to get it. The service was 10/10. The price was ehh. The atmosphere was great, I would appreciate if the exposed wires was hidden a bit. Overall impression... 5/5 stars! The staff are so understanding and underrated!

Looking for a really good PHO experience in Longview has been hard. But I finally found a place! I ordered take out, which instantly means, usually, not very much if anything in your bowl, BUT this is where they stood out!! I got a large bowl of tendon, and raw flank and skirt steak. The broth was delicious rich, very satisfying. I asked for nothing extra but bean sprouts, very large portion. I will be back again and AGAIN, price was totally affordable!! 12.50$ for a large bowl. You HAVE been found, delicious PHO, now YOU BETTER be good for all who follow!!

Popcorn chicken is not Vietnamese style it is American, and the “fresh lemon soda” is starry mixed with something else. Don’t get it, it tastes like the starry dispenser nozzle wasn’t rinsed after being disinfected. And carries a super chemical like taste. Super disappointing experience

Use dairy butter in their broth. I can't eat dairy :(
Also, too much onion, and very little flavor. I usually add teaspoon cracked black pepper, teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 cup gluten free soy sauce (for sm).. a few drops of sesame oil can be good too, but be frugal.

I moved here from Olympia, where there's pho places on every corner. So I came here with normal expectations and was severely let down. The pho broth lacked that iconic aromatic aroma and tasted like plain chicken broth. And to make matters worst the Banhmi was a far cry from a traditional banhmi. It had lettuce and freaking mustard on it. Who the hell puts mustard on a banhmi?! I will not be back and will continue my search for regular traditional pho in Longview.
