The coffee is always good and the staff is very friendly, however, the prioritization of drive through customers over those who actually come into the store can be irritating. Today, I went in because there was a like out to the street and placed my order. Every car in the line came up places their order and were served their drinks before my simple order was fulfilled. Even 3 or 4 additional vehicles made it through while my drinks went unmade. Second time thus has happened....
Whenever I’m in town, I stop at this Red Leaf. The staff is always super nice but still maintains efficiency and quick drive thru times. Also, the Sasquatch Bowl is so good for a quick and easy breakfast on the run.
The coffee is great and the staff is always amazing!!
The only thing that stears me to other coffee shops is the rewards system.
I can get a free coffee every 10 drinks at Starbucks + random other rewards
but you have to purchase 20 drinks here to get a free one. Maybe lower the drink requirement OR allow smaller sized drinks to count towards stamps? :)
