Been here numerous times with my family. Head server/waitress was so blatantly rude tonight we will no longer be customers.

The sun was shining, the weather was beautiful, and we were really looking forward to relaxing with some wine and food—but unfortunately, the experience was soured by the service. We waited over an hour for a simple pizza, with no real communication or apology from the staff. It’s hard to enjoy even the best wine when you’re frustrated and hungry. This place has so much potential, but the lack of organization and attentiveness really brought the experience down. Hopefully they can get it together, because guests shouldn’t have to waste a sunny day waiting endlessly for food. The food was amazing once it arrived. Just not worth the wait. It’s not a place we’ll go to again, but if it’s dead, the food is okay. I would just wait until after the service to tip.

Absolute favorite. You feel like you're headed to the family's for dinner & great wine and this wood fired pizza is unmatched! We've hit wineries all over the PNW and are so thankful our favorite wine, food, AND vibe are here in Longview.

Went to Roland’s for a midweek dinner with some friends. If you are expecting table service this isn’t the place for you, you must order at the counter and then they will bring it once it is finished cooking. Staff are friendly and helpful with menu questions/suggestions. The margherita pizza I ordered was cooked to perfection and you could tell they use fresh ingredients. Roland’s has a great outdoor seating area but unfortunately it was raining when we went so I hope to try it out next time! If you’re looking for something different that stands out from the other typical pizza places around Longview/Kelso I say give it a try!

Regrettably, my recent dining experience at Roland Wines in Longview, WA establishment fell short of expectations. Despite our two-hour wait, we received our food to go, and the wood-fired pizzas, which should not have required an extensive cooking time, were of personal size. The establishment appeared to be understaffed, leading to a lack of communication and subpar customer service. The owner's apparent disregard for customer satisfaction further compounded our disappointment.

Conversely, the family-owned restaurants I frequented in Europe provided exceptional customer service and culinary experiences, fostering a sense of belonging and offering reasonably priced meals. In contrast, the experience at Roland Wines in Longview, WA failed to meet these standards.

In contrast, Papa Zuzu's in Longview, WA consistently delivers exceptional customer service. Despite experiencing sold-out periods, the establishment has showcased a commendable commitment to customer satisfaction and affordability. I am inclined to support small businesses such as Papa Zuzu's that prioritize customer experience and offer a positive dining environment.

I am completely biased in this review as I know one of the Roland tribe from extracurricular activity. Nevertheless, give this place a try. The wine. The pizza. The outdoor seating on Longview’s best days. It’s all worthwhile.

If you do make the smart choice and try this place, be sure to TALK TO THE STAFF. They have real feelings and opinions on the menu. Ask which wines they like and why. You’re likely to get a valuable, candid answer.

Let me start off by saying India was our waitress and she was amazing the food here was so spectacular along with the ambience was so unbelievable the pizza is all handmade just like in Italy every bite was so succulent every bite you can tell is made with love here that they put together I highly recommend this small town restaurant for anybody to come to and know that they're going to leave very well satisfied

The establishment is one of our favorite first time stop that we ever been to and the wine ? is amazing, but not only that the staff is so attentive and make you feel like your family.

We stopped by for a drink & a bite to eat before heading to the movie. We ordered an appetizer and a pizza to split. Now I fully realize we were not at a fast food restaurant, but it took 40 minutes for the appetizer to show up (mind you we checked on our food after 30 minutes & were told "it's in the oven") and 51 minutes for the pizza to arrive. They ended up having to bring the pizza to us in a box so we could eat it on the way to the movie. Not impressed and definitely will not go back. I forgot to mention we were there 20 minutes before opening. They were happy to seat us and get us drinks. We placed our food order at 5:02 immediately afterthey "opened" so I don't buy that they were busy and that's why it took so long to get our food. To top it all off, the pizza was greasy and the food was a bit over priced for what you get.
