The guy at the counter spoke really fast, kept adding things to my order that weren't included so it racked the price high really fast, asked if I wanted carrot cake or chocolate, then later said there was no carrot. Baked potato is overbaked and hard.The steak and crispy shrimp was good.The mushrooms and onions had no flavor.The garlic bread is sliced bread, it's not bad but not great.I'll be back in the future but probably only get the salad bar.

Steak ordered X-rare was served Med & mostly gristle/fat.; asked for water never got.; the shrimp was under cooked.; salad bar was mostly empty,; the clam chowder stuck like fish. The menu board at the order line was wrong showing one item but when we tried to order it they said that they did not offer it. We called the store (#0374) to speak to manager, but he was no help and accused us of lying to him... I will not be eating at this store ever again and maybe other stores as well. This is only part of experience and never again...

I went for a quick lunch break from work. The gentleman that helped me was extremely kind and helpful. I got a 6 Oz steak with the salad bar. He gave me some free cheese bread that was really good. The steak was perfectly cooked and there was a nice variety of food from the salad bar. My favorites were the crab salad, nachos, and the variety of things for my salad. Not a big fan of the clam chowder but I'm a super picky for that. Definitely recommend

When you go to a restaurant after a big event like a wedding, you still desire things to be perfect and you're putting your trust in someone outside of your family unit to fulfill that desire. Expectations are in place that the salad bar is going to be plentiful, your steak is going to be cooked per your specifications, your side dishes are going to be delicious, and the service of the human staff is going to be up to parr. However, that is not what we experienced last night. Nothing was right and we were totally disappointed. The Salad Bar was horribly picked over and not maintained to ensure not just quality but quantity. The steak was so gristly that it could not be eaten and was not cooked the way I asked for, the baked potato looked as though they scraped out the potato and dumped in the toppings and then put the potato back in there, the coconut shrimp was so nasty that it couldn't be eaten. The clam chowder was so aromatic with the smell of clams that there was no way it could be eaten. Everything with a cream base like potato salad, coleslaw, and seafood salad looked so sketchy that there is no way to determine if it was safe or not to eat. The dessert bar was empty the whole time we were there. The board advertises an unlimited salad bar for $15.99 and a single trip for $5.99 but I was told that the single trip is not available- then why is it on the board? But that is not the worst part- the bathrooms...there is no way this place could even pass a health inspection with all the calcification on the auto-flusher, the sinks, and the pipes under the sinks. I have no idea when that bathroom was deep cleaned last but it looked as though it had been a long while. There was no hot water to wash your hands and the hand dryer only blew cold air. There wasn't even a option of hand sanitizer. So, we called to let the manager know that we were not satisfied with not just the salad bar options but that what was advertised was not available. We were told that WE were not at the restaurant (we kept our receipts with the establishment #), what WE saw advertised was not advertised, WE were told that WE were wrong and that everything was perfect last night, and to top it off...WE were told that the restaurant was and has been perfect. WE are not finished with this restaurant but WE will NEVER go back. The only thing that I don't have a complaint about is the Diet Dr. Pepper I ordered and the peppermint candy that was brought to us post meal.

Hardly what it used to be. Very limited selection for the salad bar for what they are charging. The hot bar included consisted of chicken nuggets and some kind of oriental style chicken.I'll not be back since there are way better choices in this town.

We will never go back. The food was disgusting. Everything is a cheap imitation of the quality they used to serve. Several things were empty, and even though the guy who took our money was walking around looking at everything, he did request or fill anything himself until someone asked that it be refilled. I had nachos and the cheese was so watery thin it puddled under my chips after turning them soggy.My advice.... don't waste your money!

They watered down the ranch dressing so bad there was absolutely no flavor to it. For $88.00 you would think a family of could get a good meal not here. We will not be dinning her again.

It has been several years since we've eaten here, thought wed check it out again. Well, we will NOT be returning. My husband had a steak with baked potato and salad bar and I had a salad bar with the add on shrimp. Food was not good. ? Steak was tough and chewy. Salad bar ingredients were old, bland and tasteless. The red potatoes were not done and cornbread was dry. Only good item was the clam chowder. Additionally, the restaurant is dirty especially the restroom. Place could really use professional cleaning or just a complete overhaul. Now, our waitress was kind and very friendly. She gets the Star!

I'm genuinely convinced the person that made my food is said friend and he's absolutely hammered right now.If you want to try their Malibu chicken or be a worthy competitor to sizzlers, I will give you step-by-step instructions they use for less than a fraction of what they're charging.1. Go to grocery outlet right next to sizzlers2. Buy frozen chicken patties, deli ham, deli cheese, bag of frozen fries, and a paper bag to carry it all, the bag will come into play later. (Go ahead and opt for the cheapest ingredients for optimal copycat taste)3. Go home, microwave the chicken and toss those fries in your airfryer.4. Take out the chicken before the timer is up, put on 3 slices of deli ham and 3 slices of cheese to the chicken and place back for remainder of the microwave time.5. Once cheese is slightly melty, toss them into a Styrofoam container along with the fries.6. This step is most crucial for first impression sakes, put the container into that crumpled used up grocery outlet bag, customers love that.That's it. Be sure to charge an absurd amount for that hard work your microwave did and the money you saved on reusing that paper bag should help further pad your bank account.

I was weary after reading the reviews. Wow was I surprised. I was greeted with a smile and offered cake... this was my first time eating at sizzles and I have zero complaints. The price seems high only when not compared to an average bill at a restaurant. I spent 43 dollars and was able to choose what I wanted. The hostess was extremely friendly and kept the plates rolling. Everything was awesome hot and flavorful. I will be returning again.

I changed my review form a few years ago from two stars to 3. The place was clean, the food was decent and the salad bar looked fine. The manager who seems possibly like a grump was polite enough and this place makes my Aunty happy

We went for my mother in laws birthday. The man at the counter spoke way too fast, was super pushy with the add-ons, we were charged for a salad bar I know I said NO to. My mother inlaw is 86 and when we asked about the senior discount we were told that it was already rung up and they would give us a credit for next time. Lol. We spent 135.00 and it was far from Sizzler quality. My shrimp was grease soaked, my medium rare was rare. My mother inlaws loster was cold and she had difficulty cutting her steak it was so tough. The only good things were baked potatoes and the salad bar and even the Bleu cheese dressing had no flavor what so ever.Drive on by. This was so disappointing and we won't be returning.
