What is the deal with this Starbucks? I've always had lovely experiences at Starbucks, but this one location is every time, just a weird, condescending, rude vibe from the older ladies that work there. When I fumbled the name of my drink, this woman looked and talked to me like I was an alien from another planet to the point I just said, nevermind the drink, I'm just going to get my kids something. Then, the chip reader didn't like my card and she looked at me like I was vermin lol I took that as a sign to go 7 minutes to a different location.
And the time I went there before, I felt similar- like, why is this barista so angry with me??? And how does she have the power to make me walk out of Safeway feeling ashamed for my position in life- like, I just wanted an iced coffee dang.

Michelle made my drink, not only did a fantastic job, but was friendly and kind. I don't buy coffees like this too often, but I needed it badly and I was not in the best of moods, but her presence made the differerence - I'll be back if I need another boost!

Cheryl M. at the Starbucks in Safeway in Longview WA knows how to make a dang good coffee! She made my coffee fast, and it is (still currently drinking it) absolutely delicious!

Cheryl or Sheryl, the manager, is absolutely the most rudest person ever. Every time I go there, she treats me like I'm incompetent. I hate going to this Starbucks because of her. If she hates her job so much maybe she should quit, but definitely should be fired. She's not union, she can be and should be canned. Literally the worst employee.

Honestly I would give this place a zero star because the manger there is very rude and is racist and everytime I get a drink there she always gives me looks and says thing behind my back to the other employees. I feel like that very unprofessional and disgusting to act like that because that’s also a way to loose customers. The drinks are ok but the people need to have some respect?.

I don't patronize Starbucks, at least not since it was a literal coffee cart near where I worked in Seattle in 1992. I find it odd this thinks I went there ...of course I was very bear the building, therefore "Google Almighty" made an assumption.

It's fair for the service and the coffee by my standards, as far as Starbucks goes!.I drink my coffee strong!. And I mean strong enough to give someone a panic attack and an instant bowel movement!. This was just a fair service and all the rest, no more- no less.
