Cheryl or Sheryl, the manager, is absolutely the most rudest person ever. Every time I go there, she treats me like I'm incompetent. I hate going to this Starbucks because of her. If she hates her job so much maybe she should quit, but definitely should be fired. She's not union, she can be and should be canned. Literally the worst employee.

Honestly I would give this place a zero star because the manger there is very rude and is racist and everytime I get a drink there she always gives me looks and says thing behind my back to the other employees. I feel like that very unprofessional and disgusting to act like that because that’s also a way to loose customers. The drinks are ok but the people need to have some respect?.

I don't patronize Starbucks, at least not since it was a literal coffee cart near where I worked in Seattle in 1992. I find it odd this thinks I went there ...of course I was very bear the building, therefore "Google Almighty" made an assumption.

The old lady w glasses and crepey lips is always so rude. I intentionally try to avoid her shift bc she consistently ruins the experience. She’s unfortunately unavoidable at times. I’d drive to Fred Meyer if I was willing to lose my parking at work. I’ve tried to take pity on her bc life must be hard enough looking like that but she’s been rude one too many times.

I would enjoy my coffee more knowing the old lady at the bakery with glasses doesn't work there anymore :) she refuses cookies to you, but the other people that work at bakery won't!

The girls that served my client today (1/16/23) around 1pm. Are RUDE!! My client was sent by her mom to use her moms card to get her mom a drink. My client did 2 separate transactions one on her card and one on her moms.The barista was super rude and was like “why are you using 2 different cards?” My client then explained that the other card is her moms and she’s getting a drink for her. The barista then said “you shouldn’t be using other people’s cards.” Which was none of her business and acted like she’d never had to do two transactions ever in her life. And was being with anything she said so rude the entire time while making her drink
