So the employees at this starbucks are some of the best i have encountered at a starbucks. Most likely the people on here saying differently probably are just karens. The times i have had an order made wrong i inform them politley then they say sorry and make it correctly... granted i have been there every sunday at the same time for months i think they know my order. Anyway just be polite to the ones making the drink and you should not have prolems. And starbucks you all should reconize their ability to do the job they do with all the karens. Keep up the good work

I get really tired of asking them to make my shaken espresso the way the menu says to make it. I get that there are people who don't like it that way but when someone specifically says, "please make it like the menu with all of the classic syrup" and then it gets confirmed and then not done AGAIN is beyond irritating. I can't go to the one on Ocean Beach cause they do the same thing. Guess I'll just stop coming since they don't value their customers. Thanks for the bitter waste of money again. Appreciate it.

The past few visits in the drive thru the girl with long dark hair tells me to order more chai when i order because sometimes i have to ask for more. It really depends on who makes it and more chai would often be too much. She kept arguing with me about chai. Most of the time i dont have to ask for more. Then she said if the chai is low the pump wont work as good so maybe i should ask if the chai is low before ordering so i know how many pumps to ask for. What i want to know is why is it an issue if i need a little more chai once in a while? Anyway july 5th she made my drink and it was all chai hardly any milk. It was disgusting. I had to go buy milk to add to it. I feel like she did that on purpose because i sometimes have to ask for more chai in my drink and i didnt ask for more when ordering. I will NOT be back to this location. I feel bullied! That drink she made was disgusting and she did it on purpose.
