There’s a girl who works there and I’ve had multiple interactions with her and have just watched her while being in line and she rude. She’s has an attitude with everything and even her coworkers about small thing. I asked for a straw and she throw it on the counter and roller her eyes, as if getting a straw is that hard?! No one else was there but me. If you don’t like your job, get anyone or don’t be rude to people!!

There is a woman working all by herself today for 8 hours. It's Sunday and the holiday season. I don't understand why the manager of this store doesn't pull an employee from another location. She's drowning and that's highly unacceptable. There are so many locations in this town. So what exactly is the reason why she has to go through this alone. I get that people call out but at the same time there should be a backup plan so that she doesn't need to work alone for her entire shift. She has a good, positive attitude too. She doesn't deserve this.

Got a cold peppermint mocha, and the taste was a disappointment. The shop inside is beautiful and lots of seating and atmosphere.

The girl at the register was literally texting someone while I’m sitting there waiting for her to press the buttons on the register so I could pay , and the other two girls that where there also weren’t very kind there customer service is definitely lacking.

I forgot my money for coffee one day the cashier said don't worry I'll get that for you it was very nice of her to offer to pay for my coffee next day I gave her a tip for buying my coffee at first she wouldn't accept it telling me it was ok so I put the money into her tip container she looked at me with a smile and said thank you.
