I should have listened to reviews. This location is bad. First off, no wheat bread. They had been open for at least an hour when I went. Second, staff doesn’t understand what “lots of something” means. She put a little on, and when I asked for “triple that” she out two more onion slices on.
It looks like a newly opened Subway. Newer stuff/design, but lack of care from staff was eye opening. Won’t be back.

Place is dirty, trash all over the floor. Bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned in days... only one staff member working while management is playing on their phone in the back and customers are left to just wait until online orders are done first and they skimp on meat and veggies so much it was like eating a snack that was barley enough to even make a small child happy.

thinly staffed (just one person) who was juggling both the app and indoor orders with a pleasant smile and absolutely wonderful demeanour. good ambienece and found the stoor exceptionally clean and to the standards expected when we were there.

This was the best subway experience I’ve ever had! It was hilarious. The two behind the bar had such a great juggling routine. They charged me for the sandwich before they put the veggies on. The sandwich was terrible, but I loved every minute of it. Love you guys! Keep doing your thing.

Walked in and stood there for an absurd amount of time without being helped. After some time, I went to open/close the entrance door again so that the bell would catch their attention. Eventually the only lady working there popped out of the corner, glued to her phone. In the middle of making my sandwich, she touched her phone with the gloves she had on. She also had not washed her hands before donning the gloves initially... Disgusting. Also, their toaster was out of order... Told her to trash the sandwiches and I left...

I ordered the beast without pepperoni. I told him three times no pepperoni. He put it on anyways. I told him again no pepperoni. He said I'm sorry I thought you said no green pepper. Green pepper pepperoni. How do you confuse that. Oh well move on. He then took off the pepperoni and took off the salami. I asked him to leave the salami, he didn't. He left it off. Never did listen, never did get the order correct. And when I paid he then asked how much of a tip I wanted to leave. I said 0. He then got a bad additude. I'm sorry I'm not the one who messed everything up. Also the whole time the manager went to the bathroom twice and just walked around. There were other customers waiting in line. But she thought it was a better use of her time to keep walking around doing nothing. And the floor there was food and other trash all overhe floor. An onion slice on the floor by the front door. Won't be going back.

I ordered on the app for delivery. It arrived with half the order missing. I called the store and they said they were out of that item and that *they couldn’t refund me because I’d used the app.* I would have to contact Subway Corporate. I tried but of course, no response. So, subway is a disorganized company that cannot refund you if you use its own online storefront. Order from a local sub shop on door dash, subway isn’t worth it.

Extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Subway. I placed an order yesterday and eagerly awaited its arrival, only to be left empty-handed. Despite waiting for hours, my order never arrived, and I didn’t receive any communication from the restaurant regarding the delay or cancellation. As a loyal customer, this level of service is unacceptable. I rely on Subway for convenient and reliable meals, but this experience has left me frustrated and inconvenienced. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

Subway higher ups don't treat trans employees fairly and it's common to have their dead names shown publicly which has been addressed by the employees countless times just to be ignored. They had left an undertrained employee to close on their own and left to deal with a huge lunch rush which resulted in them having customers be angry with them. This is normal for this location. This subway is a joke and if you're trans or care at all about trans people DO NOT EAT HERE.

Rudest Customer service I have ever had! Thank you Swani!!!! She didn't want to come out or the back and gave us an awful attitude, barely made our sandwiches, tried making our sandwiches the same because she didn't want to make 2 different ones and then went straight to the back again. WILL NOT RETURN! And just a heads up, apparently wilted lettuce and not having tomatoes is how they operate according to her.

Wow, a single person working and turned us away because he was on break at 5:15 PM... I believe employees should get their breaks so this is really on management for only scheduling a single person! The person after us didn't even get greeted, just an empty store.As we were leaving I did notice the store was very clean.
