Please teach employees how to wrap and pack food. Both if our tacos were barely wrapped and thrown in the bag upsidedown. When we tried to get them out, they unwrapped dumped out in the bag.

I went through the drive thru got 2 strawberry freezes and some tacos- I asked for a drink carrier and still spent an hour the next day trying to get the red color out of my grey car seats, as one of them was leaking. When I got home I discovered that I'd been given the skinniest tacos I've ever seen from any Taco Bell, there was almost nothing in them. As a long time fan I can say this was an extremely disappointing experience and I'll not likely go back here.

Can only order at Kiosk. Bathroom filthy. Very dated & uninviting interior. Beans didn't taste very fresh... had a flavor like lettuce was mixed in.

Worst taco bell ever, orders are never right wait forever and food is old and cold. Nacho Fries are always cold and hard taco has nothing on it.

absolutely the worst taco bell i have ever been too, they won’t serve walk in orders but will send food out the drive thru making people wait 40 mins + , i witnessed 4 refunds in the span i was there and the lady working drive thru is extremely rude and unprofessional.

gave me lettuce when I specifically asked for no lettuce. also didn't give me potatoes when I paid and asked for potatoes. also didn't give me extra beef when I paid and asked for extra beef. I don't understand why you are offering extras and accepting money for it and not actually giving people what they pay for. You are a scam.
The signs that are nearly burned out should have been my first clue to how bad this location is. Bad service, bad food. Bad bad bad. There is a reason why i usually choose Taco Time across the street.

quesadilla untoasted uncut no sauce. every single time i go it is worse than the last. i get being busy, i work food service. it’s busy sometimes. but there’s ZERO reason for me to wait 10 minutes in the drive through just for cold food that isn’t right.

Ordered several items including guacamole and the serving you get is ridiculous 🤦 at least fill the whole cup. I mean come on it's super tiny as it and it's not like it's free....SMFH. I've always had a problem with this store. I'm gonna change to kelso store for sure. The people that work at Ocean Beach suck. You'd think they'd care about there job but I guess not. Get your shit together people.

dog shit always give me a different order everytime even if i’m the only person there it’s not hard to make a cheesy bean and rice burrito guys get it together also learn how to roll to a burrito 🩷
