Cashier was very weird and rude. I had an uber eats order to pick up and I came into the lobby to pick it up. I asked for my order to the worker and she went to the back and called out to her co-worker “uber eats for the WEIRD name.” My name is not American standard and I understand it’s hard for people to pronounce my name but I found it so rude of her to say that, and also the fact that she yelled it out loud to my face. She then looked over to me and she saw that I looked so offended and she smirked at me. Tht pushed me over the edge so I called her out of her name and also called out her disgusting behavior. The whole situation just made me lose my appetite and I truly hope that coworker learns how to be more respectful to others. I don’t recommend this Taco Bell place at all.

honestly, horrible. I was standing there for about five minutes while staring at my order behind the mobile pick up. I showed the girl that I was there for the order and she said just a moment while continuing to help multiple cars in the drive-through That hadn't even ordered yet. Once I mentioned, I could just walk behind the counter and grab it myself. I was finally handed my order. Absolutely horrible, employees and slow as hell

Please teach employees how to wrap and pack food. Both if our tacos were barely wrapped and thrown in the bag upsidedown. When we tried to get them out, they unwrapped dumped out in the bag.

I went through the drive thru got 2 strawberry freezes and some tacos- I asked for a drink carrier and still spent an hour the next day trying to get the red color out of my grey car seats, as one of them was leaking. When I got home I discovered that I'd been given the skinniest tacos I've ever seen from any Taco Bell, there was almost nothing in them. As a long time fan I can say this was an extremely disappointing experience and I'll not likely go back here.

Can only order at Kiosk. Bathroom filthy. Very dated & uninviting interior. Beans didn't taste very fresh... had a flavor like lettuce was mixed in.
