I ordered online and waiting around 10 minutes before I got to the building to give enough time. When I got there the service was very slow, even though there was no line in the drive thru or inside the building. Once I finally got home and went to open my food I came to the realization that they had forgot TWO of my crunch wrap supremes (no tomato) that were included in my order. I continued to call the store several times with no answer. I am very displeased with this experience and will not be going back once I get my crunch wraps.

Once again, I asked for things removed from my items and it was completely ignored for each item. It’s funny, when I order DoorDash from this location, it’s made correctly, but rarely is my order made correctly when I actually order in person. With the exception being when I order at the kiosk inside. Which tells me that when ordering in the drive thru you guys start making the food before we can even say what we want to change. For the combo boxes, when the correct one is FINALLY selected by the order taker, they ask for the drink selection first. Then by the time you can say what you want to add/remove, half the combo has already been made. One time someone working even admitted as much when I ordered a grilled cheese burrito, they automatically put beef without asking if I wanted steak. I said I wanted steak and she goes “well he already made it.” EXCUSE ME, I haven’t paid for it yet. If y’all wanna rush and start making the order while we’re still ordering, fine. But then it’s on you to REMAKE THE ITEM if I want it made the right way. If I were dining in it would have to be done anyways. You just got lucky that it happened to be someone else going and ordering for the house. I’m sure this will fall on deaf ears but this store needs to cut the dead weight. There’s some really decent people working here but the garbage employees really bring the whole store down.

I get amazing service here, my only issue is that every time I get my food, it’s 90% of the time wrong unless I ask them not to forget the beef on my food. And I honestly feel like I should have to say that if my food doesn’t say “no beef.”

One of the worst run Taco Bell's I've ever seen. They will let you sit for 40 plus minutes while they cater to the drive through. Always understaffed, workers refuse to make eye contact with you to ask why you are in the lobby in the first place.

Your Taco Bell STINKS and from what I have been shown, it's dirty too. Considering bad reviews look to be a recent standard.. One can only assume most customers do not plan to be repeats. What does that say about one's business practices?

Cashier was very weird and rude. I had an uber eats order to pick up and I came into the lobby to pick it up. I asked for my order to the worker and she went to the back and called out to her co-worker “uber eats for the WEIRD name.” My name is not American standard and I understand it’s hard for people to pronounce my name but I found it so rude of her to say that, and also the fact that she yelled it out loud to my face. She then looked over to me and she saw that I looked so offended and she smirked at me. Tht pushed me over the edge so I called her out of her name and also called out her disgusting behavior. The whole situation just made me lose my appetite and I truly hope that coworker learns how to be more respectful to others. I don’t recommend this Taco Bell place at all.
