Taco Bell in Longview...it's Taco Bell. You know what you're getting. It satisfies that late-night craving or quick, cheap eats urge. The food is consistent with other Taco Bells I've been to, which is to say, sometimes hits the spot, sometimes leaves you feeling a little blah. This particular location is usually pretty clean and the service is generally quick, though accuracy can be a bit iffy depending on who's working. Three stars because it's dependable in its own Taco Bell way, but nothing extraordinary. It gets the job done when you need a cheesy gordita crunch fix.

Dealing with rude customer service is so unnecessary. I picked up from the drive thru thought my order was wrong and instead of them explaining I was treated so rudely by 3 different workers.

Waited 43 minutes for our order before just asking for a refund (who knows how much longer it would have taken). There were only 2 other people in the restaurant when we placed our order. I can understand being busy with to go orders or whatever and probably even understaffed, but maybe communicate that with people when they come in?! Staff even had an attitude when we asked for the refund as if we were in the wrong after waiting that long…

I think its better than most Taco Bells, even though there are other in longview, I usually try to come here. My only complaint is if you come by while its VERY busy, the burritos can get a little watery. Like 50% of its contents are just sauce. I'm fine with this overall. Only because if you come by when its not busy, the menu items taste better than average. I assume things only get a little watery because they are being rushed, or they are running out of ingredients so they fill it up with more sauces so it doesn't look depressing. Wait time is always fast, I've never spent more than 3 minutes in the drive thru.

The food takes forever and nobody acknowledges that you are even there. I would give a zero but I can’t. They care about the drive thru and ignore any other customers even those who are door dashing. Do not recommend.

This place absolutely needs new managers that care enough for decent quality food from there employees we order from here every now and again and the food taste gross and they want to get into fights with dashers to pick it up like they have no idea where it is like what do you mean we spent almost 100$
I used to be a regular at this place and when I say regular every single day! Food that I usually order is not hard to mess up, so typically my food is OK Chalupa‘s are Often hard so when I get a good one it’s like Christmas Day constantly they Were closed during business hours, even after I showed up an hour and a half after they would be open. I stopped going altogether give my business to the one down on Ocean Beach by Ross. They were Way better food was always fresh way nicer but my complaint with the store out on 38th which is a three minute drive from my house. I’ve gone there two nights in a row ordered sauce paid the extra for them, but was never in the bag. I also say this a lot of times I ask for no ice in my beverage constantly they put ice in it not reading their screens seriously do better.

The cashier is doing their best but whoever is in the kitchen seems to be taking their time I hope they aren’t shortstaffed as they’re are plenty of people who want to work. I waited for over 30 minutes to even get to the window at 11:40 I got in line and didn’t complain to the cashier I didn’t even want to bother her but whoever’s in the kitchen either needs help or something is going on
