I’ve gone here on lunch break after online ordering 5 times and only been open for 3, whatever it’s closed I get it. But this time it’s open and I grab my food, guy hands me a cup for me to fill my own drink. I get back to my job site to eat and find I have no fork for my potatoes, and no sauce. I’m annoyed at this point and I go to eat my Crunchwrap supreme and there quite literally isn’t a single piece of beef. It’s all lettuce and tomato. I’ll drive across town at this point. At least my order will actually be made and made properly waiting for me to pick up. Not to mention one time it was closed I went through the drive through to see if they just forgot to unlock the door and this lady just tells me we’re closed if you couldn’t tell by the doors locked. Pathetic.

Rude employees, co2 machine was working 5/22, but has been broke since 5/23, when asked when it would be fixed, girl was extremely rude and condescending. Not to mention this location is always closed during business hours with no signs in place. If you dont want to work, then quit.

The worst Taco Bell service I’ve ever received. First thing they won’t even take your order, you have to check yourself out without service. Second the girl was absolutely rude and would hear what I had to say. I can’t see good enough to read the screen. So I needed help. No help no service.

The drive through has been stopped for 20 minutes. Door Dash is not well received here and Taco Bell always takes forever. Running a popular restaurant with a skeleton crew is ridiculous on Friday and Saturday nights. What people see in the food is beyond me when there are better options out there for Mexican food. Taco Bell isn’t even authentic. It took 45 minutes waiting in line to get crappy food. Taco Bell really needs to rethink how they run their business.

Atmosphere was 5 star cause it was in the drive thru aka my truck. The service is terrible. They NEVER have change so they only do exact change. They are NEVER consistent in their filling amounts for their burritos. The drive thru is anywhere from 5min - 15+ min. Worst taco bell.

Not only the girl with pink hair in the drive through taking our order was extremely rude and very pushy by rushing us through our order . Was extremely rude at the window shoving the drinks to my face before I can buy them but they pretty much squished the hard shell tacos this is very disappointing. I myself love Taco bell but it seems like they are just going downhill lately which is very sad I wouldn't spend a penny at this Taco bell ever again until they get their act together

Dirty all tables the order screens don’t work freeze and they refuse to help or sign in to register was going somewhere else tell somebody said they could help
Food was cold and the hard taco were soft from the meat meaning they sat for awhile. None of the order was how we ordered it and was made exactly how a normal meal would be made. Only time I have run into this at a Taco Bell was when they decided to premake everything on the menu ahead of time. Won’t be eating here again

please change your oil frequently… hot chips and guac last night and the chips tasted like chemicals. And stop forgetting my mild sauce like how am I supposed to enjoy my soft tacos and Crunchwrap 😭 was excited to finally get my craving and all I got was disappointment..
